Abstract

PURPOSE:To make winding work easy and to reduce unbalance of a rotor; by forming rotor core having salient poles, with the corecenter pieces and the head pieces being configured separately; installing tubular coils to the center pieces, thereafter fixing the head pieces to the center pieces. CONSTITUTION:Winding portions 8 having wedge slots 8a at the head thereof and an iron-core center pieces 9 are formed as a unitary body, and a plurality of the resultant pieces are laminated. On the other hand, iron-core head pieces 12 having salient wedges 12a are formed and laminated. Tubular windings 11 are installed into the winding portions 8, then, the wedge slots 8a and the salient wedge 12a are engaged to form a unitary body. In this constitution, since the tubular winding 11 can be formed separately from the iron core, the wire can be wound easily, and uniform winding can be accomplished, thereby the unbalance at the rotor can be avoided.
