Abstract
PURPOSE:To improve working accuracy, by effecting working to leave a margin on a desired final shape in consideration of a quantity of deformation which takes place due to the release of internal stress and thereafter effecting working for the desired final shape. CONSTITUTION:After the primary working is effected on a die-shaped piece, the secondary working is performed. Motion loci of a wire electrode 1 are programmed for the primary working so that a small margin 5 remains inside the desired shape 4 of the workpiece 2 in consideration of a quantity of deformation which takes place due to the release of internal stress. For example, rough working at a high speed is applied. In this programming, an offset function is used for an ordinary wire cut spark erosion machine, processing can be effected only by changing an offset quantity in accordance with the same program as for the desired shape 4 and the accuracy of the working is improved.
