Abstract

PURPOSE:To decrease the change of the input-output phase difference to the change of the input signal amplitude by inserting the capacitor between the base and the emitter of the transistor. CONSTITUTION:The base of emitter-earthed amplifier's transistor TR1 is used as input terminal IN along with the collector used as output OUT, and then the tuning circuit consisting of inductance L1 and capacitor C1 is connected between the collector and the power terminal. Thus the A-, B- and C-class amplifying actions are given for the small, medium and large amplitude of the input sine wave signal respectively. For such emitter-earthed amplifier, capacitor C2 is inserted between the base and the emitter of transistor TR1. As a result, the change can be decreased for the input-output phase difference.
