Abstract
PURPOSE: A drug composition to be absorbed in digestive canals for use as a substance capable of increasing usefully the concentration in the flood of a drug having difficulty in being absorbed, comprising a specific β-diketone composition as an absorbing auxiliary as well as curing active ingredients.
CONSTITUTION: An absorbing auxiliary consisting of one or more of β-diketone compounds (e.g., glycerol-1,3-diacetacetate, etc.) shown by the formula (R is alkyl, aralkyl, aryl, heterocyclic group etc.; Y is O, S, etc.; R' is alkyl) is belended with a main or base drug which is a curing active ingredient, an excipent, and an auxiliary, e.g., a diluent to give a drug composition to be absorbed in digestive canals. The amount of the β-diketone compound shown by the formula is 0.5W 85wt% based on the total drug. A drug for a nervous system, antibacterial agent, a drug for a digestive canal may be cited as the main drug.
