Abstract

PURPOSE: To preheat the captioned gas with low equipment cost and running cost and prevent damages of a ceramic burner by installing heat exchangers to an exhaust gas duct and fuel gas piping respectively, and circulating water in the system interposing a pressure fluctuation absorbing tank in the circulating piping connecting both heat exchangers.
CONSTITUTION: A circulating pump 103 is driven along with the operation of a hot stove. Removed of produced gases is suitably accomplished by opening and closing of a gas vent valve 110. Water being sent by a pump 103 is heated in a heat-absorbing heat exchanger 101, thence it arrives at a heat-radiating heat exchanger 10 while it is being controlled to the specified pressure by a pressure fluctuation absorbing tank 105, thereby heating the fuel gas. The abnormal pressure during operation is regulated by the gas release from a diffusion valve 109 and gas feeding from a pressure gas valve 108. When the water temperature becomes higher than a fixed temperature, the water is discharged through discharge valve 111 or 112 and the fresh water or discharged water is fed from a liquid replenishing valve 197 after it has been cooled through heat recovery, whereby the level of the tank 105 is maintained constant.
