Abstract
PURPOSE:To exactly locate the anti-crimping-roller without using the electrical machinery and apparatus, by locating the frame with the device lifted by the jack, and by swinging and retreating the frame with the arm actuated by the cylinder unit attached to the shaft of the frame. CONSTITUTION:First of all, on purpose to set the horizontalness of the anti-crimping-roller 8 in its axial direction, the clutch 26 is disconnected, and only one worm jack 14 on one side is driven to elevate the stopper 13 on this side, and above horizontaless is adjusted.
