Abstract
PURPOSE: To prevent the swing of the vortex and the separation of water flow by means of a vortex swing preventing plate provided to divide the semicircular intake port into two, right and left, and a projection on the dam wall side in an intake apparatus with a semicircular intake port used as a dam outlet works.
