Abstract

PURPOSE: To improve the accuracy in the thickness of the V-groove bottom wall part and inside circumferential diameter size of the V-pulley by opening the both end openings of pulley-forming blank to outer side, pre-forming the V-groove bottom wall part as unworked portion then performing V-groove molding.
