Abstract

PURPOSE:To decrease the dispersion of resonant frequency, and reduce the thickness and the size, by forming a metal thin film having an excellent specific modulus of elasticity on the back of a vibrating thin film, and disposing a permanent magnet on one side. CONSTITUTION:A vibrating thin film 15 is supported on the outer circumference thereof from upper and lower directions by means of insulating support rings 3, 4 and is adhered and secured to a circular yoke thin plate 1 by means of a yoke fixing ring 2. The vibrating thin film 15 consists of an insulating vibrating thin film 5 made from polyimide or mylar or other resin, and a metal vibrating thin film 5a made from thin film of, for instance, beryllium or titanium. a conductive wire 11 is wound in multiple plies on the vibrating thin film 5. The material for the vibrating thin film 5a is desired to be magnetic material; especially, finger materials of iron, chromium, or kovar alloy excelling in mechanical magnetic properties are suited. Thus, the constitution may be desinged thinly and in a smaller size, with least dispersion of resonant frequency.
