Abstract

PURPOSE: To get a pump with a high lift available for pumping water of a low level, by using a tapered pipe as its pumping pipe.
CONSTITUTION: A tapered pipe 12 is used as a pumping pipe,its larger caliber end being connected as an inflow section to a mixing unit 13 and the smaller end being connected to a discharge port 16. The use of the tapered pipe 12 can keep the height of liquid columns 15 between bubbles 14 very large and prevent the flow from circulating, which makes the pump available for pumping a low level of water.
