Abstract

PURPOSE: To obtain colorless low-resistive material by doping prebaked crystallized white n-type metal oxide semiconductor powder with different metal at prescribed temperature.
CONSTITUTION: Doping white n-type metal oxide semiconductor crystallized by pre- baking, preferably white powder selected from the group of tin ashes, indium oxide, and zinc oxide, with different metal (antimonium or the like) by baking at a temperature of pre-baking or bellow. The above mentioned process is apllicable to p- type metal oxide semiconductor powder.
