Abstract

PURPOSE:To correct uneven quantity of light due to machine easily, by simultane- ously shielding the sides facing the corner parts of incident light and reflected light by moving the correction member provided opposedly to the reflection surface of a reflecting mirror. CONSTITUTION:A quantity of light correction member 5 is provided opposedly to a reflecting mirror 3 which reflects the light from an original plane 4, at a corner part 8 composed of incident light 6 and reflected light 7. When the correction member 5 is moved along arrow P toward the reflecting mirror 3, one end of the correction member 5 shields part of incident luminous flux 6 and the other end of the same shields part of reflected luminous flux 7. At this time, the same effect as the both ends 6a and 6b of the incident luminous flux are shielded from the both sides is obtained, so that the correction of quantity of light equally balanced on the both sides may be realized.
