Abstract
PURPOSE:To carry out uniform cooling and obtain a steel wire rod with superior characteristics by using warm water as a cooling medium in patenting and leaving a space between the bottom plate of a coiler and the bottom of a treatment vessel so that the water is smoothly circulated. CONSTITUTION:A steel wire rod heated to the austenitizing temp. is patented to be converted into of fine pearlite structure.
