Abstract

PURPOSE: To heighten the efficiency of cargo work, by vertically moving the roof of vehicle in connection with the vertical motion of two-stage bed.
CONSTITUTION: Four chain lifts 4 are installed on side walls 3. Each chain lift has a chain 7 between an upper and a lower sprockets 5, 6. The lower sprockets 6 are secured to both the ends of driving shafts 8 supported under a first-stage bed. The driving shafts 8 are driven through connectors 11, chains 10 and sprockets 9 by a cylinder 12 installed under the first-stage bed to vertically move a second- stage bed 15 through the chain lifts 4. The roof 16 is supported on stanchions 17 slidably supported on the side walls 3. When the second-stage bed 15 is moved up to a predetermined height, the roof 16 is also moved up in connection therewith.
