Abstract

PURPOSE: To secure a constant oscillaton frequency even to the fluctuation of the power voltage, by supplying the voltage to be supplied to two transistors forming an oscillator circuit through the constant voltadge circuit whose voltage is constant when viewed from the substrae of IC.
CONSTITUTION: Transistor 1 and 2 which are emitter-coupled to each other, resistance 22 for constant current to be connected to the emitter, diode 8 and 9 to secure stability between the base and the earth, and others are installed to IC element 20 which forms an oscillator circuit. Then feedback rsistance 3 is connected between terminal A and B of IC element 20; the +B power source is connected to terminal C; terminal D is connected to the earth along with one end of the oscil lating turning circuit via capacitor 21; and terminal E is connected to the earth respectively. At the same time, constant current resistance 22 connected to tran sistor 1 and 2 provided inside element 20 is connected to substrate S of element 20. Under these conditions, the bias is applied to the base and the collector of transistor 1 and 2, and thus the voltage change is controlled for substrate S
