Abstract

PURPOSE: To improve reply efficiency by compensating the fundamental servo command in a servo mechanism to keep ON-OFF signal by te signal of exhaust gas sensor in a fixed value for maintaining the time ratio of ON-OFF operation in a fixed value.
CONSTITUTION: The output of an exhaust sensor 35 is input into the first deviation detecting circuit 41 in a control unit 36 to be compared with a previously fixed comparative value. When the signal is larger than the fixed value, an ON operation is given to a valve 37 by a switching circuit 42, and when the signal is smaller, an OFF operation is given. Thus, a supply pressure P1 is decreased or increased by a pressure regulator 29. Meanwhile, ON-OFF signal is rectified in a rectifying circuit 43 to be output to the second deviation detecting circuit 45, and the time of ON-OFF operation is controlled to keep a fixed value for controlling the voltage given to a heater 38. This construction serves to promote the reply efficiency of a system
