Abstract
PURPOSE: To obtain detecting signal whose composition is simple and SN ratio is high, by making number of each magnetic tooth bodies of rotor and stator in freuency generator to be mutually differeted, and making a specified number relation.
CONSTITUTION: Magnetic tooth bodies 10 of P pieces (P is integral number of over 2) are provided with equal angle interval on the stator 6 of frquency generator (FG), and also, magnetic tooth bodies 9 of P×(n+1/2) pieces (n is positive integral number) which are faced to magnetic tooth bodies 10 of the stator are provided on the rotor 2' with equal interval. And, bias magnet 4' is provided on magnetic path which passes through the stator 6 and the rotor 2, also, wave shape generating coils 7 are provided such that they suround magnetic tooth bodies 10 of the stator 6 mutually, and generating coils 7 have the second generating elements 7b which are arragnged in reverse direction of circumference and are arranged in reverse phase and wave condition to the first generating wire elements 7a and the first generating elements. Since the generator is composed thus, detecting signal whose composition is simple and SN ratio is high can be obtained.
