Abstract

PURPOSE: To obtain a porcelain composite which can be sintered at low temperature and has excellent characteristic by forming it with three-component-composite which contains PbO, Fe2O3, Nb2O5, NiO, Ta2O5 and MgO in the specific range.
CONSTITUTION: The composite is one of Pb(Fe1/2Nb1/2)O3-Pb(Ni1/3Ta2/3)O3-Pb (Mg1/3Nb2/3)O3 system, and its composition is in the area surrounded by a hexagon ABCDEF in the diagram of three-component-composite. The oxide composition is 62.72W68.58 % of PbO, 0W10.69 % of Fe2O3, 11.2W26.89 % of Nb2O5, 0W 16.55 % of Ta2O5 and 0W3.92 % of MgO in weight percentage. The said composite can be obtained from PbO, Fe2O3, etc. as original materials, and can be sintered at low temperature of from 800° to 1000°C. This oxide composition on the line of two-component-composite in the diagram is excluded.
