Abstract
PURPOSE:To secure stabilization for the coupler circuit using the photo thyristor to the reception element by connecting the resistor featuring the negative temperature coefficient between the gate and the cathode of the photo thyristor. CONSTITUTION:The photo coupler circuit uses luminous element 1 at the input side and photo thyristor 2 at the output side respectively. In such coupler circuit, resistance 3 featuring the negative temperature coefficient is connected between the gate and the cathode of thyristor 2. Then resistance 3 is turned into the thermistor comprising the metal oxide, and thus the gate resistance is reduced by resistance 3 at a high temperature. Thus, the unsteady operation can be prevented for thyristor 2.
