Abstract

PURPOSE: To enable to detect abnormality due to corona measurement in severe corona noise circumcetance which has been difficult to be measured, by using gas for test which has greater discharging electric charge amount, compared with gas which is always enclosed in the inside of the electric machine and apparatus.
CONSTITUTION: Corona test is carried out by enclosing gas which has greater discharging electric charge amount than that of former gas which is enclosed always in the electric machine and apparatus, for example, when gas which is always enclosed is SF6, N2 gas or mixture of SF6 and N2 gases is enclosed and corona test is done. Thus, since far greater discharging electric charge can be obtained, compared with using only SF6 gas, as seen clearly from the figure, by using N2 gas or mixture of SF6 and N2 gases, as test gas, detection of interior abnormality of the electric machine and apparatus due to corona test method can be done even in severe noise circumcetance.
