Abstract

PURPOSE: To improve ignition in and fuel cost for a rotary piston engine and to reduce uncombusted components in the exhaust gas therefrom by constituting same such that air is sprayed from an air supply port onto the inner surface of a side housing which defines a combustion chamber at a suction stroke.
