Abstract
PURPOSE: To have a conversion for the heat rays such as the light which amplitudemodulated in a high speed into an electrical signal by providing electrodes opposingly to each other onto both surfaces of a single compound high-molecule thin film and by making the heat rays pass through at least one of the electrodes.
