PURPOSE:To reject effectively the noise component in symmetrical wave and also in sasymmetrical wave even with large surrent flowing, by consitituting a closed magnetic path to the direction that the mangetic flux is cancelled, which is caused by incoming and outgoing current flowing in power input line.
