Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve the accuracy of a floating magnetic head and make the mass production of the head possible by using a single silicone crystal as the material to compose the floating surface of the floating magnetic ahed and shaping the floating surface by the way of etching by selecting a particular crystal surface.
