Abstract
L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication de têtes de transducteurs magnétiques de lecture/écriture rapide et les têtes obtenues. Le procédé consiste à disposer un substrat, d'épaisseur égale à la longueur du curseur souhaité, dans un milieu permettant de déposer par dépôts et attaques successives une formation de lecture/écriture magnétique avec des conducteurs associés en une zone d'un ensemble de zones de coordonnées prédéterminé sur la surface du substrat suivant lesquelles la surface est découpée pour former des assemblages curseur-tête de transducteur magnétique chaque tête comprenant un détecteur en couche mince magnétique, des conducteurs électriques de lecture et d'écriture, et, un blindage, un pôle de blindage et un pôle de bord arrière constitués de paires de films minces, de matériau magnétique et de matériau isolant, couplés magnétostatiquement ; en outre, une passivation de la surface mobile du curseur permet de stabiliser le transducteur magnétique.
