Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.正面カバープレートプレート(1)、複数の溝形成プレート(2〜5)およ び背面カバープレート(8)を備え、各プレートは全てプレート熱交換器の長手 方向に延びる軸に対し基本的に対称の形状を有し、正面カバープレート(1)に は熱交換媒体用の入口ポートおよび出口ポート(10、12;11、13)と連通される 取付具が具備され、溝形成プレート(2〜5)にはプレス加工パターンが具備さ れ、正面カバープレート(1)にはプレス加工パターン(9)が具備され、入口 ポートおよび出口ポート(10−13)周囲の正面カバープレート(1)領域(30) は同一の平面上に配置され、正面カバープレート(1)およびこれに隣接する溝 形成プレート(2)により、入口ポートおよび出口ポート(10−13、11−12)間 方向を横断する分配溝(18)が具備され、出口ポートおよび入口ポート周囲の境 界領域にはカバープレート(1)およびこれと隣接する溝形成プレート(2)の 平面部分が互いに接触されることを特徴とするプレート熱交換器。 2.2個の入口ポートおよび出口ポート(10、11)の周囲の領域で正面カバープ レート(1)とこれに隣接する溝形成プレート(2)には下方にくぼみ付けされ たくぼみ部(18)が設けられ、正面カバープレート(1)と溝形成プレート(2 )とを接触させるとき、正面カバープレート(1)とこれに隣接する溝形成プレ ート(2)との間のプレス加工パターン(9)により、入口ポートおよび出口ポ ート(10−13、11−12)間に熱交換媒体を流出させる分配溝が具備されることを 特徴とする請求項1のプレート熱交換器。 3.正面カバープレート(1)に入口ポートおよび出口ポート(10−13、11−12 )間で上方に突出する部分(50)が形成され、溝形成プレート(2)と共に分配 溝(18)を形成することを特徴とする請求項1のプレート熱交換器。 4.分配溝(18)が正面カバープレート(1)と隣接する溝形成プレート(2) との間の最大距離の半分近くに相当する深さを有することを特徴とする請求項2 のプレート熱交換器。 5.背面カバープレート(8)にプレス加工パターン(9)および分配溝として のくぼみ部(18)が設けられ、プレス隆起部(50)を区画することを特徴とする 請求項1のプレート熱交換器。
