Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.患者の静脈と血液処理装置の間を接続するマルチルーメンカテーテルを通っ て血液を循環させる方法であって、前記カテーテルおよびそのルーメンは各自前 記静脈内に配置された先端を備え、改良点は、 前記静脈から前記ルーメンの一つを通って血液を少なくとも約200ml/ 分の流量において引出し、そして前記ルーメンの他の一つを通って血液を前記静 脈中へ同様な流量において挿入し、前記ルーメンの先端は約5mmより多くなく 相互から縦方向に離間していることからなる前記方法。 2.循環する血液は実質上平行であるが反対方向に前記ルーメン先端を通過する 請求項1の方法。 3.前記流量は少なくとも約300ml/分である請求項1の方法。 4.前記ルーメン先端は縦方向離間なしに並置される請求項1の方法。 5.前記ルーメン先端は前記ルーメン先端をこえて先へ突出している壁により分 離されている請求項1の方法。 6.前記壁は前記カテーテルを通って延び、かつカテーテル全長に沿って前記ル ーメンを分離する隔壁の延長部である請求項5の方法。 7.循環する血液は反対方向にルーメン先端を通過し、該方向は互に鋭角関係で ひろがる請求項1の方法。 8.血液の二方向輸送のためマルチルーメンカテーテルであって、 開いた先端を有する少なくとも一対のルーメンを有し、前記ルーメン先端の間を そしてそれをこえて先行へ突出し、そして前記ルーメン先端を通過する別々の血 液流が形成されるように配置された壁を備えている前記カテーテル。 9.前記壁は前記ルーメン先端を約1ないし5mmの距離をこえて先方へ突出し ている請求項8のカテーテル。 10.前記ルーメンの先端は縦方向離間なしに互いに近傍に配置されている請求項 8のカテーテル。 11.前記ルーメンはそれらの先端において互いに鋭角関係にひろがっている請求 項8のカテーテル。 12.血液の二方向輸送のためのマルチプルルーメンカテーテルであって、開いた 先端を有する少なくとも一対のルーメンを有し、前記開いたルーメン先端は相互 に対し180°以下の鈍角を形成する先端面を形成している前記カテーテル。 13.血液の二方向輸送のためのマルチルーメンカテーテルであって、開いた先端 を有する少なくとも一対のルーメンを有し、前記ルーメンの一つの先端は前記カ テーテルの長さに沿って約5mm以下である距離だけ前記ルーメンの他の一つの 先端から縦方向に離間している前記カテーテル。 14.前記ルーメン先端は各自、他のルーメン先端の縦軸に対し平行な縦軸を備え ている請求項13のカテーテル。 15.血液の二方向連続輸送のためマルチルーメンカテーテルであって、開いた先 端を有する少なくとも一対のルーメンを有し、前記ルーメン先端は相互に約5m m以下だけ縦方向に離間しており、前記ルーメンは各自少なくとも約2mmの同 じ直径を持っている カテーテル。 16.前記ルーメン先端は縦方向離間なしに相互に近傍に配置されている請求項1 5のカテーテル。
