Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.図4Aに示されるようなヌクレオチド配列:配列番号1、又は1−スクロ ース:スクロース フルクトシルトランスフェラーゼをコードする、少なくとも 70%の類似性を有する相同配列を有するDNAフラグメント。 2.図4Bに示されるようなヌクレオチド配列:配列番号2、又は1−フルク タン:フルクタン フルクトシルトランスフェラーゼをコードする、少なくとも 70%の類似性を有する相同配列を有するDNAフラグメント。 3.少なくとも85%の類似性を有する請求の範囲第1又は2項記載のDNAフラ グメント。 4.請求の範囲第1〜3のいづれか1項記載の1又は複数のDNAフラグメント を含んで成る組換えDNA配列。 5.逆の配向で存在する、請求の範囲第1〜3のいづれか1項記載の1又は複 数のDNAフラグメントを含んで成る組換えDNA配列。 6.変性されたフルクタンプロフィールを示す遺伝子的に形質転換された宿主 生物を生成するための方法であって、 i)前記宿主生物において活性的なプロモーター配列及び前記宿主生物におい て活性的なターミネーター配列に操作可能的に連結される、請求の範囲第1〜3 のいづれか1項記載の1又は複数のDNAフラグメント又は逆の配向での前記DNAフ ラグメントを含んで成るキメラ性遺伝子構造体を調製し、 ii)前記キメラ性遺伝子構造体を前記宿主生物のゲノム中に導入する段階を含 んで成る方法。 7.前記宿主生物が植物であり、そしてiii)前記形質転換された植物細胞を トランスジェニック植物に再生する段階をさらに含んで 成る請求の範囲第6項記載の方法。 8.請求の範囲第7項記載の方法により生成された、形質転換された植物、又 は前記キメラ性遺伝子構造体を有する、植物細胞、種子、果実、実生、又はいづ れかの植物部分。
