Abstract
Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. (a)テレケリックポリマー95〜15重量%およびヘテロテレケリックポリ マー5〜85重量%を含有し、該ヘテロテレケリックポリマーの官能基のうちの 少なくとも1個がテレケリックポリマーの官能基と同一であるポリマー系、なら びに (b)硬化系の1要素が周囲環境条件でテレケリックポリマーを硬化させるこ とで、感圧性の接着剤もしくはシーラントを生成し、他方の要素が少なくとも1 00℃でのベーキング時にヘテロテレケリックポリマーを硬化することで構造性 の接着剤組成物もしくはシーラント組成物を生成する二重硬化系 を有してなる感圧構造接着剤・シーラント組成物。 2. テレケリックポリマーおよびヘテロテレケリックポリマーが水酸基を有し 、該ヘテロテレケリックポリマーの他の官能基が、オレフィン系エポキシ基、グ リシジルエーテル系エポキシ基、C=C不飽和およびアクリル系不飽和から成る 群から選択される請求項1に記載の組成物。 3. テレケリックポリマーが、下記式: HO−A−Sz−B−OH または (HO−A−Sz−B)n−Y [式中、AおよびBはポリマーブロックであり、これは共役ジオレフィンモノマ ーのホモポリマーブロック、共役ジオレフィンモノマーの共重合体ブロックある いはジオレフィンモノマーとモノアルケニル芳香族炭化水素モノマーの共重合体 ブロックであることができ、Sはビニル芳香族炭化水素ブロックであり、Yはカ ップリング剤であり、xおよびyは0もしくは1であり、xまたはyのいずれか が1でなければならないが、同時には一方のみが1となり得、zは0または1で あり、nは1〜20の整数である。]で示される1以上の共役ジエンのジオール もしくはポリオールである請求項1または2に記載の組成物。 4. 前記ヘテロテレケリックポリマーが、式(HO)x−A−Sz−B−(OH )yまたは(HO)x−AB−S(OH)y[式中、A、B、S、x、y、zは前 記で定義した通りである]のエポキシ化モノヒドロキシル化ジエンポリマーであ る請求項1または2に記載の組成物。 5. 前記二重硬化系が、50〜500当量量を有するイソシ アネートおよび50〜500当量量を有するアミノ樹脂を含有してなる請求項1 ないし4のいずれかに記載の組成物。 6. 前記ポリマー系が、アクリル系不飽和を有するテレケリックポリマーなら びにアクリル系不飽和とオレフィン系不飽和、オレフィン系エポキシ基、グリシ ジルエーテルエポキシ基及び水酸基から成る群から選択される別の官能基とを有 するヘテロテレケリックポリマーを有してなる請求項1に記載の組成物。 7. 前記ポリマー系が、グリシジルエーテルエポキシ官能基を有するテレケリ ックポリマーならびにグリシジルエーテルエポキシ官能基とオレフィン系不飽和 、アクリル系不飽和、オレフィン系エポキシ基及び水酸基から成る群から選択さ れる別の官能基とを有するヘテロテレケリックポリマーを有してなる請求項1に 記載の組成物。 8. 前記二重硬化系が、50〜500当量量を有するイソシアネートおよび5 0〜500当量量を有するアミノ樹脂を含有してなる請求項1ないし7のいずれ かに記載の組成物。 9. 請求項1ないし8のいずれかに記載の組成物の硬化したものを含有する接 着剤。 10. 請求項1ないし8のいずれかに記載の組成物の硬化し たものを含有するシーラント。
