Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.信号を受信し、そこから圧縮されたあるいは部分的に圧縮された符号化信 号を生成するために適した少なくとも1つの圧縮符号器と、圧縮されたおよび部 分的に圧縮された符号化信号を受信し、そこから復号化されたあるいは部分的に 復号化された信号を生成するために適用された少なくとも1つの圧縮復号器を有 する信号伝送回路において、情報バスが該伝送回路内の復号器からあるいは符号 器へ延びていて、該情報バスが、符号化機能に関連した情報を後の信号処理にお ける使用のために搬送するこを特徴とする信号伝送回路。 2.請求項1による信号伝送回路において、情報バスが一つの復号器から回路 内の後の符号器に延びていることを特徴とする信号伝送回路。 3.請求項2による信号伝送回路において、情報バスが、前記復号器における 復号化処理に関連する情報を前記符号器の符号化処理に利用するために搬送する ことを特徴とする信号伝送回路。 4.前記請求項のいずれか一つによる信号伝送回路において、情報バスが、マ クロブロック走査モード、エラー保護フラッグ、保護原因、ブロックごとに使用 されるビットの数、および動きベクトル候補から成るグループから選択された少 なくとも一つの情報と共に、動きベクトル情報を運ぶことを特徴とする信号伝送 回路。 5.前記請求項のいずれか一つによる信号伝送回路において、情報バスが、動 きベクトル源、カット検出、GOP中に残っているI、P、およびBフレームの 数、フィルム位相(すなわち3:2プルダウン)検出、フィールドあるいはフレ ーム等のインデックス、パンベクトル識別子、およびレターボックス検出からな るグループから選択される少なくとも一つの情報と共に、動きベクトル情報を運 ぶことを特徴とする信号伝送回路。 6.タイムスタンプ駆動されるタイミング手段と、マクロブロックレート情報 バッファと、該バッファ出力に作用して係数および非係数ストリームを抽出する 可変長復号器と、非係数ストリームをフォーマットして第1の情報バス要素を提 供するための手段と、可変長復号器の状態をモニターして第2の情報バス要素を 提供するための手段と、該第1および第2の情報バス要素を結合して前記情報バ スを提供するための手段を有していることを特徴とする情報バス発生器。 7.請求項6による情報バス発生器を含んでいるMPEGあるいはその他の映 像圧縮復号器。 8.係数ストリームを受信するための可変長符号器と、情報バスからの情報を 通訳し符号化するための機能をそれぞれ有する複数の平行した通路、および前記 全ての符号化された情報を圧縮されたビットストリームに結合するために機能す る多重化手段を有することを特徴とする情報バス符号器。 9.請求項8による情報バス符号器を含むMPEGあるいは他の映像圧縮符号 器。 10.信号を可変長復号化するステップと、そのような復号化された信号を逆 量子化して係数ストリームを作成するステップと、この係数ストリームを新しい ビットレートで任意に再量子化するステップと、この再量子化された係数ストリ ームを可変長符号化するステップを有することを特徴とする圧縮信号処理の方法 。 11.係数ストリームを再量子化するステップが、バッファオーバーフローを 避けるために出力バッファをモニターし、再量子化過程の量子化レベルを変化さ せるステップを含むことを特徴とする請求項10による方法。 12.それぞれの圧縮された信号を可変長復号化するステップと、それぞれの 復号化された信号を逆量子化して係数ストリームを作成するステップと、係数ス トリームを結合して結合された係数ストリームを形成するステップと、結合され た係数ストリームを再量子化するステップと、再量子化され、結合された係数ス トリームを可変長符号化するステップを有することを特徴とする複数の圧縮され た信号を結合する方法。 13.圧縮信号がSNRプロファイルMPEG−2信号の少なくとも2つの層 を有していることを特徴とする請求項12による方法。 14.圧縮された映像信号を可変長復号器で符号化して係数及び非係数ストリ ームを抽出するステップと、非係数ストリームをフォーマットして第1の情報バ ス要素を提供するステップと、可変長復号器の状態をモニターして第2の情報バ ス要素を提供するステップと、第1および第2の情報バス要素を結合して結合情 報バスを提供するステップとを有することを特徴とする映像信号処理の方法。 15.前に行われた復号化操作から抽出した情報を次の符号化操作で使用する ために含むことを特徴とする同期係数ストリームと平行した情報バス信号。 16.前処理から抽出した情報を次の符号化操作で使用するために含むことを 特徴とする同期係数ストリームと平行した情報バス信号。 17.前に行われた復号化操作から抽出した情報を後処理で使用するために含 むことを特徴とする同期係数ストリームと平行した情報バス信号。 18.前記情報バスが、マクロブロック走査モード、エラー保護フラッグ、保 護原因、ブロックごとに使用されるビットの数および動きベクトル候補からなる グループから選択される少なくとも一つの情報と共に、動きベクトル情報を運ぶ ことを特徴とする請求項15から17のいずれか一つによる情報バス。 19.情報バスが、動きベクトル源、カット検出、GOPに残っているI、P 、およびBフレームの数、フィルム位相(すなわち3:2プルダウン)検出、フ ィールドあるいはフレーム等のインデックス、パンベクトル識別子およびレター ボックス検出からなるグループから選択される少なくとも一つの情報と共に、動 きベクトル情報を運ぶことを特徴とする請求項15から18のいずれか一つによ る情報バス。
