Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.嫌気性消化槽の排出ガス流を処理してこれを燃料電池、またはその他の発 電プラント用燃料ガスとして使用可能にする、嫌気性消化槽の排出ガス流の処理 方法であって、 a) 酸素を前記の排出ガス流に添加して酸素富化ガス流を形成し、 b) 水、固形物、バクテリヤを含む同伴微粒子を前記の酸素富化ガス流から 除去して微粒子を含まない、酸素富化ガス流を形成し、 c) 前記の微粒子を含まない酸素富化ガス流からクラウス反応で硫化水素を 除去して、発電プラントでの燃料ガス源としての使用に適した硫化水素を含まな いガス流を形成する工程から成る方法。 2.酸素添加工程は可変空気流量制御弁を経由して空気を前記の排出ガス流に 添加することから成る請求項1の方法。 3.前記の硫化水素の除去ガス流中の硫化水素濃度を感知し、感知した硫化水 素濃度を示す信号を発信する工程を更に含む請求項2の方法。 4.前記の信号を分析し、信号がガス流の硫化水素濃度が望ましいものでない ことを示すときは前記の空気流量制御弁を適切に制御する工程を更に含む請求項 3の方法。 5.前記の活性炭床上に硫化水素除去から生ずる元素状の硫黄を堆積させる工 程を更に含む請求項1の方法。 6.嫌気性消化槽の排出ガス流を処理してこれを燃料電池、またはその他の発 電プラント用の燃料ガスとして利用可能にする装置において、 a) 排出ガス流を受入れる流路と、 b) 前記の流路に接続され、酸素を前記の流路の排出ガス流に添加して酸素 富化ガス流を作るための設備と、 c) 酸素富化ガス流を受入れて、これから同伴水微粒子を除去するための設 備と、 d) 前記のガス流から硫化水素を除去して、発電プラント用燃料源としての 使用に適したガス流を作る設備とから成る装置。 7.前記の硫化水素除去設備から出るガス流中の硫化水素濃度を感知するため のセンサーを更に含む請求項6の装置。 8.前記のセンサーから硫化水素濃度を示す信号を受入れるシステム・コント ローラーを更に含む請求項7の装置。 9.前記の酸素添加設備は前記流路中への空気流の流量を制御するための可変 弁を含んでいる請求項8の装置。 10.前記のコントローラーは前記の弁に接続されていて、前記のバルブを変 化させて前記のセンサーからの信号に応じて前記流路への空気の流入を制御する ように働くものである請求項9の装置。 11.前記の硫化水素除去設備は前記の硫化水素除去設備を流れるガス流から 元素状硫黄を除去するための活性炭床を含むものである請求項6の装置。
