Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.改良されたバリヤー特性を有する熱可塑性フィルム組成物であって、 (a)熱可塑性ポリマーウェッブ、及び (b)ウェッブに均一に分散し、有効に浸透物質を吸収する量のポリマー適合性 シクロデキストリン誘導体を含み、 前記シクロデキストリンは、実質的に混在錯体化合物を含まない熱可塑性フィ ルム組成物。 2.熱可塑性ポリマーが、アルファオレフィンを含むビニルポリマーである請求 項1に記載のフィルム。 3.熱可塑性ポリマーが、塩化ビニル又はビニリデンジクロライドを含む塩素含 有ビニルポリマーである請求項1に記載のフィルム。 4.熱可塑性ポリマーが、ポリ(ビニルクロライド−コ−ビニルアセテート)又 はポリ(ビニルクロライド−コ−ビニリデンジクロライド)である請求項3に記 載のフィルム。 5.熱可塑性ポリマーが、ポリビニルアルコール、ポリ(エチレン−コ−ビニル アルコール)、ポリ(エチレン−コ−アクリル酸)、又はポリ(エチレン−コ− メチルアクリレート)である請求項2に記載のフィルム。 6.シクロデキストリン誘導体が、β−シクロデキストリン誘導体を含む請求項 1に記載のフィルム。 7.シクロデキストリン誘導体が、シクロデキストリン第一炭素原子上に少なく とも一つの置換基を持つ請求項6に記載のフィルム。 8.シクロデキストリンがα−シクロデキストリン、β−シクロデキストリン、 γ−シクロデキストリン又はそれらの混合物である請求項1に記載のフィルム。 9.熱可塑性ウェッブが、約0.1〜5重量%のポリマー適合性シクロデキスト リン誘導体を含む請求項1に記載のフィルム。 10.少なくとも1種類の食品と、実質的にその食品を包むパッケージからなる 包装された食品であり、前記パッケージは改良されたバリヤー特性を持つ熱可塑 性フィルム組成物を含み、前記フィルム組成物は、 (a)熱可塑性ポリマーウェッブ、及び (b)ウェッブに均一に分散し、有効に浸透物質を吸収する量のポリマー適合性 シクロデキストリン誘導体を含み、 前記シクロデキストリンは、実質的に混在錯体化合物を含まない熱可塑性フィ ルム組成物である包装された食品。 17.シクロデキストリンがα−シクロデキストリン、β−シクロデキストリン 、γ−シクロデキストリン又はそれらの混合物である請求項10に記載の食品。 18.熱可塑性ウェッブが、約0.1〜5重量%のポリマー適合性シクロデキス トリン誘導体を含む請求項10に記載の食品。 19.商品に水蒸気が透過することを防止する方法であり、水蒸気源とその商品 との間に熱可塑性フィルムバリヤーを付与する事によって、その商品を水蒸気源 から遮断する方法であって、前記フィルムバリヤーは、 (a)熱可塑性ポリマーウェッブ、及び (b)ウェッブに均一に分散し、有効に浸透物質を吸収する量のポリマー適合性 シクロデキストリン誘導体を含み、 前記シクロデキストリンは、実質的に混在錯体化合物を含まない、 商品に蒸気が透過することを防止する方法。
