Abstract
Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 分散油相及び30〜70°のブリックス値を有する飲料ファウンテンシ ロップ組成物の安定化方法であって、 キサンタンガムである安定剤0.02〜0.3%を上記シロップ組成物中に配 合することから本質的になる方法。 2. シロップ組成物が0.2〜3%の油を含んでいる、請求項1に記載の方 法。 3. シロップ組成物が改質食用デンプンを含み、0.2〜4の改質食用デン プン対油比を有している、請求項2に記載の方法。 4. 少くとも90日間にわたり油相の安定性を示すシロップ組成物を提供す る、請求項2に記載の方法。 5. a)キサンタンガムである安定剤0.02〜0.3重量% b)油0.2〜3重量% c)デンプンである乳化剤0.02〜10重量% d)有効量のフレーバー成分 e)有効量の甘味料、および f)水30〜70重量% を含んでなる飲料ファウンテンシロップ組成物であって、 上記飲料ファウンテンシロップ組成物が30〜70°のブリックス値と0.1 〜4の改質食用デンプン対油比を有している組成物。 6. 飲料ファウンテンシロップ組成物が2.5〜4.5のpHを有している 、請求項5に記載の組成物。 7. 飲料ファウンテンシロップ組成物が少くとも90日間にわたり油相の安 定性を示す、請求項5に記載の組成物。 8. 飲料ファウンテンシロップ組成物が250センチポイズ以下の粘度を有 している、請求項7に記載の組成物。 9. a)キサンタンガムである安定剤0.05〜0.2重量% b)油0.3〜2重量% c)改質食用デンプンである乳化剤0.1〜4重量% d)有効量のフレーバー成分 e)有効量の甘味料、および f)水35〜60重量% を含んでなる飲料ファウンテンシロップ組成物であって、 上記飲料ファウンテンシロップ組成物が40〜65°のブリックス値と0.2 〜2の改質食用デンプン対油比を有している組成物。 10. 飲料ファウンテンシロップ組成物が少くとも120日間にわたり油相 の安定性を示す、請求項9に記載の組成物。
