Depending on the application, there are different types of hoses with different withstand pressure such as high pressure, medium pressure, low pressure, etc., or those showing various properties such as hose oscillating due to pump pulsation because it is connected to a pump, hoses with different properties It is desirable to take care to avoid mutual interference. Therefore, conventionally, hoses of the same nature have been bundled using a band or the like so as not to come into contact with other members or the like. However, when hoses are densely packed in a narrow space near the control valve or the hydraulic pump or the like. In such a case, as shown in FIG. 5, in this case, hoses having different properties (for example, a hose 7 for pilot pressure oil and a hose 8 for negative control pressure oil) are joined together using a band 9 as shown in FIG. Sometimes I had to bundle them.

However, in the case where hoses having different properties are bundled using the above-described conventional band, if any of these hoses vibrates due to, for example, pump pulsation, the vibrations may be reduced. As a result, the band may be loosened and the hose and the band or the hoses may be rubbed against each other and the hose may be damaged. Therefore, it is suggested that the outer periphery of the hose be guarded with an elastic material such as rubber and then bound with a band. However, even in this case, it is necessary to increase the tightening force in the band to a certain extent so that the hose is not exposed to vibration or the like, so that the hose vibrates in this state. There is also a problem that the elastic material is not used because there is a case where the elastic material is deeply cut and broken. In this case, there is a problem to be solved by the present invention.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention has been made in view of the above-mentioned circumstances, and has been created for the purpose of solving these problems. A hose binding member, wherein the hose binding member is formed with a through-hole for hose penetration therein, a connecting portion for detachably connecting the hose binding members to each other at an outer peripheral portion, and an outer peripheral portion. A cut from the portion to the through hole is formed, and a gap for fitting the hose from the outer peripheral portion to the through hole is formed by expanding the cut. By doing so, a plurality of hoses can be bound together by connecting the connecting portions of the hose binding members attached to each hose, but in this case, each hose is connected by a hose binding member. The hoses are protected and do not interfere with each other, so that hoses having different properties can be bound without any trouble. Moreover, since the hose binding member can be fitted into the through hole from the outer peripheral portion by expanding the cut, the hose binding member can be connected to the hose even when the hose is connected to another hydraulic device or the like. It is convenient because it can be easily mounted. In this case, the hose binding member has a coating member for elastically covering the hose incorporated into the inner periphery of the through-hole, and the coating member also has a notch for fitting the hose therein. The hose can be more reliably protected by the covering member, and the covering member can also be easily attached to the hose. Furthermore, by making the notches in such a configuration that the expansion is restricted in a state where the connecting portions of the hose binding members are connected, the inadvertent expansion of the cuts is caused by the connection of the hose binding members. There is an advantage that can be regulated. Further, the connecting portion formed on the outer peripheral portion of the hose binding member can be constituted by a connecting convex portion and a connecting concave portion which can be detachably fitted to each other. Further, in this structure, a cut is formed so as to pass through the connecting protrusion, and the expansion of the cut can be restricted by fitting the connecting protrusion into the connecting recess. Furthermore, by forming a connection concave portion on the outer peripheral surface portion opposite to the outer peripheral surface portion where the connecting convex portion through which the cut passes is formed, the opposite side portion which is bent when the cut is expanded is thinned by the connecting concave portion. It is easy to bend and has the advantage that the cut can be easily expanded.

It should be noted that the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment, and the outer shape of the hose binding member may be various shapes such as a cylindrical shape, a hexagonal shape, etc., in addition to the square shape. However, the rectangular or hexagonal prism shape has an advantage that the hose 2 can be bound in an orderly state without any gap. Further, in the above-described embodiment, the connecting portion of the hose binding member is formed on all four surface portions, and is configured to be connectable in any of the vertical and horizontal directions. In this case, it may be formed on two surface portions located on opposite sides, and furthermore, an appropriate number can be formed corresponding to the outer shape of the hose binding member. Furthermore, in the above embodiment, the cut formed in the hose bundling member is formed at a portion passing through the connecting convex portion, and the connecting convex portion is fitted into the connecting concave portion to restrict the expansion of the cut. However, it is of course possible to form them at other parts.
