【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 【請求項1】車両のフロアに出没自在に設けられ同フロ
アに置かれた荷物の移動を防止するストッパ部材と、 上記車両に所定値以上の衝撃力が加わったとき、上記フ
ロア面上に上記スットパ部材を突出させる作動手段とを
備えたことを特徴とする車両の荷物移動防止機構。

バネ部材によって回動起立される構成とされていること
を特徴とする請求項1記載の車両の荷物移動防止機構。
