Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 器具、ポンプ又はこれに類似するもののケーシング(2)の上面に開口し ていて、この開口部(4)にシール面(5)が設けられている(内部の)通路( 3)と、該通路(3)に接続される端部に、シール面(8)を有したフランジ( 7)を備えている(外部の)導管(6)との間の真空密な接続装置であって、 通路(3)の開口部(4)を取り囲むケーシング側のシール面(5)が、ケ ーシング上面の領域に位置していて、外部の導管(6)のフランジ(7)をケー シング上面に真空密に固定するために保持薄板(10)が用いられており、該保 持薄板(10)が、接続装置を形成する場合にフランジ(7)の、ケーシング( 2)とは反対側の縁部に載設されることを特徴とする、真空密な接続装置。 2. ケーシング側のシール面(5)が、ケーシング上面の凹部(21)に位置 している、請求項1記載の接続装置。 3. シール面(5,8)が、連結ジオメトリの軸線(11)に対してほぼ垂直 に延びている、請求項1又は2記載の接続装置。 4. 保持薄板(10)がほぼU字形に形成されていて、該保持薄板(10)に は、固定ねじ(13)又 は類似のもの(24)のシャフト(15,26)を貫通させるための開口個所( 16)が設けられており、接続装置が形成される場合には、前記固定ねじ(13 )又は類似のもの(24)の頭部(17,18)が、保持薄板(10)上に載設 される、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の接続装置。 5. 通路開口部の円周にわたってほぼ均一に分配されて配置された、保持薄板 (10)のための3つの固定ねじ(13)が設けられている、請求項4記載の接 続装置。 6. 通路開口部の円周にわたってほぼ均一に分配されて配置された、保持薄板 (10)のための3つの支持点(13,24)が設けられていて、前記3つの支 持点(13,24)のうち2つの支持点(24)がケーシングに不動に設けられ ていて、1つの支持点がねじ(13)の頭部(17)によって形成されている、 請求項4記載の接続装置。 7. 頭部(25)を備えたアングル材又は横方向溝又はシャフト(26)が、 支持点(24)を形成している、請求項6記載の接続装置。 8. 保持薄板(10)の開口個所(16)がスリット状に形成されている、請 求項4から7までのいずれか1項記載の接続装置。 9. 保持薄板(10)が、連結ジオメトリの軸線(11)に対してほぼ直交す るように運動することに より、ねじ(13)若しくはケーシングに不動に設けられた支持点(24)の全 てのシャフト(15,26)が、スリット(16)内に取り付けられるように、 スリット(16)が同じ方向に向けられている、請求項8記載の接続装置。 10. 保持薄板(10)が、フランジ(7)の縁部に載設される領域で屈曲若 しくは屈折される、請求項1から9までのいずれか1項記載の接続装置。
