Abstract
Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.第1及び第2主要表面を有する基材、前記第1主要表面上の標準的に粘着 性の感圧接着剤の第1層、前記第2主要表面上の標準的に粘着性の感圧接着剤の 第2層を含んでなる複合テープであって、前記接着剤層及び基材が同時押出され 、前記基材、第1接着剤層及び第2接着剤層の少なくとも1つが同一の広がりを 有していない複合テープ。 2.前記接着剤層及び基材が前記一体構造に基本的に永久的に接合されている 請求項1に記載の複合テープ。 3.前記感圧接着剤層が、ランダムコポリマー接着剤、ブロックコポリマー接 着剤及び天然ゴム接着剤からなる群より選ばれた請求項1に記載の複合テープ。 4.前記構造がニップを通る前に冷却された請求項1に記載の複合テープ。 5.前記第1及び第2接着剤層の組成物が実質的に同一である請求項1に記載 の複合テープ。 6.前記第1及び第2接着剤層の組成物が実質的に同一でない請求項1に記載 の複合テープ。 7.前記基材が不連続である請求項1に記載の複合テープ。 8.前記接着剤層の少なくとも一つが不連続である請求項7に記載の複合テー プ。 9.前記基材と前記接着剤層の少なくとも一つとの間に中間層を更に含んでな る請求項1に記載の複合テープ。 10.前記基材が発泡材料である請求項1に記載の複合テープ。 11.前記基材が、ホモポリマー、コポリマー、またはポリマーの配合物から なる請求項1に記載の複合テープ。 12.前記基材が15μm未満の厚さを有する請求項1に記載の複合テープ。 13.前記基材が少なくとも8μmの厚さを有する請求項12に記載の複合テ ープ。 14.前記接着剤層の少なくとも一つが硬化されている請求項1に記載の複合 テープ。 15.以下の工程を含んで成る感圧接着テープの製造方法: a)感圧接着剤組成物の第1及び第2の溶融流れを供給する工程; b)基材形成材料の溶融流れを供給する工程; c)前記流れを併合し、感圧接着剤組成物の第1層、基材形成材料層及び感圧接 着剤組成物の第2層をこの順序で有する、基材及び接着剤層の少なくとも一つが 同一の広がりを有していない単一の一体化された溶融構造を提供する工程; d)前記溶融構造を冷却する工程。 16.工程c)が、前記流れを押出ダイ出口に送り、次いで前記流れを、これ らが接するような状態で一体化させ、前記一体化された溶融構造を得る請求項1 6に記載の方法。 17.前記一体化された溶融構造を中実キャリヤー上に付着させる工程を更に 含んで成る請求項15に記載の方法。 18.前記キャリヤーが前記溶融流れのいずれの融点よりも低い温度に保たれ る請求項17に記載の方法。 19.前記キャリヤーが可撓性剥離ライナーを含んで成る請求項17に記載の 方法。 20.前記冷却された構造が前記剥離ライナーによりロールの形態に巻き上げ られる請求項19に記載の方法。 21.以下の工程を更に含んで成る請求項19に記載の方法: e)前記溶融流れを冷却した後に前記剥離ライナーを除去する工 程。 22.前記基材が不連続である請求項15に記載の方法。 23.前記接着剤層の少なくとも一つが不連続である請求項15に記載の方法 。 24.前記冷却された構造をロールの形態に巻き上げる工程を更に含んで成る 請求項15に記載の方法。 25.前記第1及び第2感圧接着剤層が凝固した後に異なる室温粘着性を示す 請求項15に記載の方法。 26.前記接着剤層の少なくとも一つを架橋させる工程を更に含んで成る請求 項15に記載の方法。 27.前記冷却された構造を切断する工程を更に含んで成る請求項15に記載 の方法。
