Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.平坦な金属表面(1)に、別の金属(4)でなる穿孔シート(3)を適用す ることにより該金属表面を改変する方法であって、該穿孔シート(3)は、該表 面(1)上にダイスタンプ法により固定され、該方法は以下の工程を包含する: −各穿孔(6)がリップ(5)およびリップ末端(7)を有するように該穿孔シー トを成形する工程、 −該成形されたシートを、該表面(1)に適用する工程であって、該穿孔(6)の リップ(5)が該表面に向く突起部を形成する、工程;および −該成形されたシートを該表面上にダイスタンプ法によりクリンプする工程であ って、表面の材料の穿孔への流れに伴うリップ(5)およびリップ末端(7)を真 直ぐにすることで、該表面(1)上のシート(3)の信頼性のあるアンカーを形成 する工程。 2.前記成形工程の間に、前記リップが、前記シートの平面(D)と角度(A) を形成し、そして前記シート(3)の平面(D)に垂直なリップ末端(7)を有す るように成形される、請求項1に記載の方法。 3.前記ダイスタンプ法によりクリンプする工程の間に、リップ末端が、真直 ぐにされるとき、前記シートの平面(D)の垂直方向と斜角(A)を形成し、そし てそれによって前記表面(1)の材料(2)と組み合わさって、信頼性のあるシャ ンクのアンカー(8)を形成する、請求項2に記載の方法。 4.前記シート(3)が前記表面(1)の金属より硬い金属で作 られる、請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の方法。 5.前記表面の相対的に軟らかい金属(2)が、アルミニウム、銅、錫、鉛、 およびこれら金属の1つまたはそれ以上の合金からなる群から選択される、請求 項1から4のいずれかに記載の方法。 6.前記シート(3)が第1鉄金属または磁性を有する金属から作られる、請 求項1から5のいずれかに記載の方法。 7.前記シートがステンレス鋼から作られる、請求項6に記載の方法。 8.前記ダイスタンプ法がスタンプ法により行われる、請求項1から7のいず れかに記載の方法。 9.前記ダイスタンプ法がローリング法により行われる、請求項1から7のい ずれかに記載の方法。 10.相対的に軟らかい金属(2)のプレート(1)から生産される製品であって 、その面の1つに、請求項1から9のいずれかに記載の方法により該プレート( 1)上に固定される、該プレート(1)の金属より硬い金属のシート(3)を有す る、製品。 11.前記製品が調理容器(9、10)である、請求項10に記載の製品。 12.前記穿孔シートが容器(9)の底部(11)の外部表面上に適用され固定さ れる、請求項11に記載の製品。 13.アルミニウム平板を加工することにより製造され、誘導により加熱され得 る製品であって、前記シートがフェライト系ステンレス鋼から作られる、請求項 12に記載の製品。 14.前記穿孔シートが前記容器(10)の底部(12)の内部表面上に適用され固 定される、請求項11に記載の製品。 15.前記シートおよび表面(1)が焦げつき防止加工コーティング(13)によ り覆われる、請求項14に記載の製品。
