Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.耐久性ある湿潤性を持った不織布であって、ポリオレフィンに次式 に示す親水性添加剤を少なくとも一つ混合したものから形成したファイバーから なる不織布。 ここに、xは1から15までの整数であり、Rは炭素数が18までのアルカン 又は炭素数が18までのアルケンからなる群から選ばれるものであり、A、B、 Cは少なくとも1に等しい整数で、どのような順序で配列されてもよく、zは少 なくとも1に等しい整数であり、前記ファイバーは、ファイバー形成前に前記少 なくとも一つの親水性添加剤を前記ポリオレフィンに加えることにより形成され たものである。 2.請求の範囲第1項に記載した不織布であって、前記親水性添加剤の式 は、xの値が7から11までであり、A、B、C及びzが1に等しいことを特徴 とする不織布。 3.請求の範囲第1項に記載した不織布であって、前記ポリオレフィンが ポリエチレンとポリプロピレンからなる群から選ばれることを特徴とする不織布 。 4.請求の範囲第1項に記載した不織布であって、前記親水性添加剤が約 0.1重量%から約10重量%の量で存在することを特徴とする不織布。 5.請求の範囲第1項に記載した不織布であって、前記親水性添加剤が約 5重量%の量で存在することを特徴とする不織布。 6.おしめ、婦人用生理用品、成人用失禁製品、傷痍者用衣類、包帯及び ワイパーからなる群から選ばれる製品に用いられる請求の範囲第1項記載の不織 布。 7.一つの成分が、次式 で表される親水性添加剤を混合したポリオレフィンから形成されるファイバーか らなる耐久性ある湿潤性を持った不織布。 ここに、xは7から11までの整数であり、Rは炭素数が18までのアルカン で、約5重量%の量であり、前記ファイバーは、ファイバー形成前に前記少なく とも一つの親水性添加剤を前記ポリオレフィンに加えることにより形成されたも のである。 8.(a)ポリオレフィンに、式 [ここに、xは1から15までの整数であり、Rは炭素数が18までのアルカン 又は炭素数が18までのアルケンからなる群から選ばれるものであり、A、B、 Cは少なくとも1に等しい整数で、どのような順序で配列されてもよく、zは少 なくとも1に等しい整数である] の親水性添加剤を少なくとも一つ十分に混合し、 (b)この混合物を溶融させ、 (c)この混合物を複数の微細な毛細管から押し出すことによってファイバ ーを形成し、 (d)ファイバー形成した前記混合物を集積面上に堆積させて不規則に分散 させられたウエブを形成し、 (e)前記ファイバーした混合物ウエブを熱滴に接合する、 ことからなる、耐久性ある湿潤性を持った不織布を製造する方法。 9.請求の範囲第8項に記載した方法であって、A、B、C及びzは1に 等しいことを特徴とする方法。
