Abstract
Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.ポリマー及び、必要であれば、熱可塑性触圧接着剤でコーティングされ、そ して、必要であれば、トナー又はインクを受けるための層又は金属被膜でコーテ ィングされた、ポリエステルベースに基づく定義された収縮性を有する熱活性化 支持体フィルムから成る多層材料であって、 a) ポリマーコーティングが、 aa) 5以下のヒドロキシル価を有するヒドロキシル基を含むポリウレタンポ リマー及び低分子量線状ポリイソシアネートを、固体のポリウレタンポリマーに 関して、20:1の比率で反応させること、 ab) 必要であれば、固体のポリウレタンポリマーの15%溶液に関して、0.05 重量%までの有機錫化合物から成る触媒添加剤と共に反応させること、 ac) 必要であれば、着色顔料及び/又は蛍光顔料及び/又は有機トナーから 成る添加剤と共に反応させること、 ad) コロナ放電装置中において直前に表面処理された支持体上に塗布するこ と、によって形成されていること、 b) 必要であれば、触圧接着剤層が支持体の乾燥したポリマーコーティングの 一方の面のみに塗布されていること、 c) 必要であれば、透明反応性層がポリマーと触圧接着剤の層を含む支持体の もう1方の面に塗布されていること、 d) 必要であれば、金属層がポリマーと触圧接着剤の層を含む支持体のもう1 方の面に塗布されていること、 を特徴とする、多層材料。 2.支持体がポリエステル不織布又は織布を使用して積層されていることを特徴 とする、請求の範囲第1項に記載の多層材料。 3.5以下のヒドロキシル価を有するヒドロキシル基を含む線状構造ポリウレタ ンポリマー及び11.5%以下のNCO含有率を有する低分子量ポリイソシアネート を8:1乃至12:1のポリウレタンとポリイソシアネートの比率で反応させるこ とによって得られる接着剤によって、ポリエステル不織布又は織布が支持 体に接着されていることを特徴とする、請求の範囲第1項及び第2項に記載の多 層材料。 4.反応性層がトナー又はインクを受け取るのに適することを特徴とする、請求 の範囲第1項に記載の多層材料。 5.感光性反応性層によって特徴付けられる、請求の範囲第1項に記載の多層材 料。 6.反応性層が2乃至8g/m2の厚さを有する塗層から成ることを特徴とする 、請求の範囲第4項又は第5項に記載の多層材料。 7.反応性層がビニルアセテートから成ることを特徴とする、請求の範囲第6項 に記載の多層材料。 8.必要であれば、0.5乃至5重量%のブロッキング効果を防ぐ添加剤をトナー 層に分散させることを特徴とする、請求の範囲第6項又は第7項に記載の多層材 料。 9.金属層がアルミニウム及び/又はクロムから成ることを特徴とする、請求の 範囲第1項に記載の多層材料。 10.金属層が1マイクロメーター未満(<1μ)の厚さを有することを特徴とす る、請求の範囲第9項に記載の多層材料。 11.請求の範囲第1項乃至第10項に記載の多層材料の製造方法であって、層が、 a) リールからポリエステル支持体の供給物を連続的に巻き出すこと、 b) 支持体の表面を物理的に処理するためにフィルムをコロナ放電装置に供給 すること、 c) この直後にロールコーターによって支持体にコーティングを塗布すること 、必要であれば、コーティング混合物に予め添加剤を供給すること、 d) 溶媒を蒸発させてフィルムを定着させるために支持体を乾燥トンネルに供 給すること、 e) 必要であれば、ロールの系から成り支持体の一方の面を追加的にコーティ ングするための加熱されたロールが設けられている積層装置を接続すること、 f) その後、冷却装置を備えた冷却系に通すことによってコーティングされた フィルムを冷却すること、 g) 支持体をもう1つのリールに巻き取ること、 h) 第1のコーティングの塗布に続いて、必要であれば、追加のコーティング を塗布するために方法のa)からg)の段階を繰り返すこと、 i) そして、必要であれば、触圧接着剤の層を転写コーティングによって塗布 すること、 によって形成される、方法。 12.j) 方法の段階h)において、反応性層をポリマー及び触圧接着剤のコーティ ングとは反対側の面に塗布することを特徴とする、請求の範囲第11項に記載の方 法。 13.k) 方法の段階c)において添加剤として着色剤を使用することを特徴とする 、請求の範囲第11項に記載の方法。 14.l) 必要であれば、ブロッキング効果を防ぐための添加剤を反応性層中に分 散させることを特徴とする、請求の範囲第12項に記載の方法。 15.m) 静電気の蓄積を減少させるために、支持体を少なくとも2つのイオン化 棒の間に供給することを特徴とする、請求の範囲第11項乃至第14項に記載の方法 。 16.n) イオン化棒をお互いに平行に配置することを特徴とする、請求の範囲第 15項に記載の方法。 17.o) 方法の段階h)において、真空蒸着法を使用して、金属層をポリマー及び 触圧接着剤のコーティングとは反対側の面に塗布することを特徴とする、請求の 範囲第11項に記載の方法。 18.p) 重合を可能にするために方法の個々の段階の間に予め決められた期間を おくことを特徴とする、請求の範囲第11項乃至第17項の1以上に記載の方法。
