設けている。照明器具はシステム天井専用のもので取付
金具により内側Tバーに取り付けられる。取付金具は照
明器具の反射板フランジ下端部を内側Tバー水平フラン
ジの内側上面に接触載置するための高さ調整可能な構造
と、Tバー頭部に取り付けられる構造を有し、照明器具
の付属仕様となっている。設備プレートは必要に応じて
設備器具等がセットされ、内側Tバー水平フランジの内
側に照明器具に連続して平行に載置されている。内側T
バーと外側Tバーの間の隙間は平行に均一な幅にするた
めスペーサー金具が配設されている。天井材はその端部

ある通称ダブルライン工法の設備ラインにおいては、照
明器具並びに設備プレート等を配するために2本の平行
なTバーを要し、更に空調吹出・吸込口設置のためにそ
の外側に2本の平行に配されたTバーを隙間が均一にな
るようにスペーサー金具等にて矯正固定する必要があつ
た。また、照明器具もTバーに載荷できるように独特な
取付金具や反射板を有した専用器具が各機種ごとに開発
され使用されている。このため、ダブルライン工法の施
工には特別の細かい配慮とある程度の部材数が必要なた
め手間がかかるという問題がある。また照明器具の反射
板及び設備プレートを載置するためフランジ幅25mm
程度の幅広いTバーを4本使用する必要があり、このた
め天井に2本の幅広いラインとスリットが天井に走り、
外観上意匠的に好ましくない面がある。またTバーと照
明器具の反射板と設備プレートが接触しているため互い
の色の調和を取ることが難しく、さらにオフィスビルの
天井構造として最も普及している捨て貼り工法で使用さ
れている一般埋め込みタイプ照明器具の安価な汎用品が
使用できず割高となる等の問題がある。本発明はこれら
の問題を解決し特別の細かい配慮を必要とせず、少ない
部材数で容易に施工でき、捨て貼り工法で使用されてい
る一般埋め込みタイプ照明器具の安価な汎用品も容易に
使用できる安価で外観が優れている通称ダブルライン工

ジの短辺と設備プレートの端部が嵌合し直接連接してい

具5に2個の掛け金具7,7で等間隔となるようにビス
8,9で固定されている。掛け金具7は、Tバ−3,4
を架橋し、Tバ−3,4の頭部とビス8,9で固定でき
る構造となっており、図3に示すように照明器具5及び
空調吹出・吸込口18を取り付けられるようにビス穴1
6或いは係止爪15がその取付位置に配されている。照
明器具5は、Tバ−3,4の中央位置にくるように係止
爪15が配された掛け金具7に照明器具5のフレーム1
4にて取付られ、必要に応じて係止用ビス19等にて固
定できる。掛け金具7はその水平方向長さを照明器具巾
+スリットライン巾+Tバー巾とすることでTバー水平
フランジ3,4と照明器具5の反射板12のフランジと
の間に等間隔のスリットライン10,11を形成する。
設備プレート6は、照明器具5の反射板12の短手フラ
ンジと図4または図5のとおり連接されており、設備プ
レート巾を照明器具巾と同一とすることで照明器具5と
設備プレート6との連続構成による外観上すっきりした
仕上がりが得られる設備ラインが形成される。掛け金具
7は、照明器具5の反射板12とフレーム14の間にな
るように取り付けることが望ましいが、照明器具5のフ
レーム14上部に取り付けることもできる。また、空調
吹出・吸込口18をスリットライン10,11に取り付
ける場合は、図3に示すように空調吹出・吸込口18の
係止板20上の係止用ビス穴17と掛け金具7の空調吹
出・吸込口18の取付用ビス穴16の位置が合うように
掛け金具7の取付位置を事前に調整し係止用ビス21に
より取り付けることができる。即ち、掛け金具7に照明
器具5と空調吹出・吸込口18を共通で取り付けること
ができる。空調吹出・吸込口18を金属質の断熱性の無
い材料を使用する場合は、必要に応じて反射板12側に

巾10〜15mm程度とスリムで意匠的に優れた設備ラ
インが形成できる。また、照明器具と設備プレートの連
結により構成される設備ラインが従来工法のTバーを除
外して形成できるのでTバーフランジ分の巾を狭くでき
るため、天井板を外側水平フランジに載置している2本
のTバーで挟まれた設備ライン巾を狭くできるため設備
ラインがスリムとなり外観上優れた仕上がりとなる。更
に、Tバーを2本とすることで天井構成部材が通称シン
グルライン工法と同等に削減されるため、従来工法に比
ぺ工期が短縮されるとともに施工が容易になるという効
