Description

The present invention relates to indirect lighting fixtures, such as cove lighting fixtures and cornice lighting fixtures, that are installed on the ceiling of a building that has a high ceiling section and a low ceiling section that is located lower than the high ceiling section.

In recent years, not only in hotels, art museums, commercial facilities, and other buildings, but also in ordinary detached houses, raised or lowered ceilings (hereafter collectively referred to as raised ceilings) that are composed of a high ceiling section that is higher than the floor level and a low ceiling section are being adopted, and indirect lighting known as cove lighting or cornice lighting is used in the ceilings of these buildings.

Cove lighting is a type of indirect lighting that shines the light from a light source (lamp) toward a high ceiling (see, for example, Patent Document 1), and cornice lighting is a type of indirect lighting that shines the light from a light source (lamp) toward a wall (see, for example, Patent Document 2).

Utility Model Publication No. 63-123005

However, the indirect lighting fixtures disclosed in the above-mentioned Patent Documents 1 and 2 are constructed as a single unit so that the vertical spacing cannot be adjusted. Therefore, if the height between the high ceiling and low ceiling is changed, it cannot be accommodated, and it is necessary to prepare a different indirect lighting fixture with a different vertical spacing, which creates the problem that it is not easy to meet the needs of the site.

The present invention was made to solve these problems, and aims to provide an indirect lighting fixture that can easily and quickly meet on-site needs, improve workability, and reduce costs, without the need to prepare a separate indirect lighting fixture even when the height of the high ceiling and low ceiling sections that make up the building's ceiling are changed.

In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the indirect lighting fixture of the present invention is an indirect lighting fixture to be installed on a ceiling of a building having a high ceiling section and a low ceiling section located at a lower position than the high ceiling section, and comprises: a high ceiling mounting member which is attached to the high ceiling section and has a hanging connecting surface section which descends toward the low ceiling section; and a low ceiling mounting member which is attached to the low ceiling section and has a lamp installation surface section on which a lamp is installed, and an upright connecting surface section which rises toward the high ceiling section and whose upper end section extends until it is higher than the lower end section of the hanging connecting surface section of the high ceiling mounting member, and which overlaps with the hanging connecting surface section of the high ceiling mounting member; and at least one of the overlapping portions of the hanging connecting surface section of the high ceiling mounting member and the upright connecting surface section of the low ceiling mounting member has a loose hole which is long in the vertical direction, and which is configured so that the high ceiling mounting member and the low ceiling mounting member can be fixed by changing the vertical distance between them by using the loose hole.
In addition, in the indirect lighting fixture of the present invention, the high ceiling mounting member includes a front-attached high ceiling mounting member that is fixed to the high ceiling portion by a fixing member and has a hooked portion on its underside, and a rear-attached high ceiling mounting member that is provided with a hooking portion that hooks onto the hooked portion and has the hanging connecting surface portion, and the hooked portions of the front-attached high ceiling mounting member are provided in multiple locations on the underside of the front-attached high ceiling mounting member at a predetermined interval, while the hooking portions of the rear-attached high ceiling mounting member are provided on the upper side of the rear-attached high ceiling mounting member at the same predetermined interval from the hooked portions of the front-attached high ceiling mounting member, and are configured to be hooked onto the hooked portions of the front-attached high ceiling mounting member.
Furthermore, in the indirect lighting fixture of the present invention, when the hanging portion of the rear-mounted high ceiling mounting member is hooked onto the hooked portion of the front-mounted high ceiling mounting member, the tip of the front-mounted high ceiling mounting member protrudes toward the wall surface inside the room more than the tip of the rear-mounted high ceiling mounting member, and when the tip of the front-mounted high ceiling mounting member is attached to the high ceiling part so that it abuts or is close to the wall surface inside the room, a gap is left between the tip of the rear-mounted high ceiling mounting member and the wall surface inside the room.

The indirect lighting fixture of the present invention comprises a high ceiling mounting member which is attached to a high ceiling portion and has a hanging connecting surface portion which descends toward a low ceiling portion, and a low ceiling mounting member which is attached to the low ceiling portion and has a lamp mounting surface portion on which a lamp is installed, and an upright connecting surface portion which rises toward the high ceiling portion and extends until its upper end is higher than the lower end of the hanging connecting surface portion of the high ceiling portion and overlaps with the hanging connecting surface portion of the high ceiling portion, and at least one of the overlapping portions of the hanging connecting surface portion of the high ceiling mounting member and the upright connecting surface portion of the low ceiling mounting member is provided with a loose hole that is long in the vertical direction, and the high ceiling mounting member and the low ceiling mounting member can be fixed by changing the vertical distance by using the loose hole.
Therefore, according to the present invention, even if the height of the high ceiling section and the low ceiling section that make up the ceiling of a building is changed, it is possible to respond without preparing a separate indirect lighting fixture, thereby making it possible to easily and quickly respond to on-site needs, improving workability and reducing costs.

<Method of mounting the indirect lighting device 1 according to the first embodiment>
Next, a method of mounting the indirect lighting device 1 of the first embodiment configured as above will be briefly described with reference to the drawings.

First, as shown in FIG. 6(a), the siding 31e is attached to the siding support 31c of the high ceiling section 31 that constitutes the raised ceiling 3 via a clip 31d. The tex screws 41 are then passed through the screw position indication grooves 11a1 of the high ceiling fixing surface section 11a of the high ceiling mounting member 11 for the cove, and then rotated to fix the high ceiling mounting member 11 for the cove to the siding 31e.

Next, install the low ceiling mounting member 12 for the cove below the high ceiling mounting member 11 for the cove, and as shown in FIG. 6(b), insert the pan head screw 42 through the loose hole 11b3 of the hanging connecting surface portion 11b of the low ceiling mounting member 12 for the cove and screw it into the female screw hole 12a2 (see FIG. 5, etc.).

The loose hole 11b3 of the hanging connection surface portion 11b has a vertical length L1 of, for example, about 40 mm and an adjustment margin of ±20 mm in the vertical direction, so that even if the distance between the high ceiling portion 31 and the low ceiling portion 32 changes by about ±20 mm, the change can be absorbed by the loose hole 11b3 and the indirect lighting device 1 can be attached.

Then, as shown in FIG. 1, two ceiling gypsum boards (Pb) 31f, 31f are fixed to the rafters 31e of the high ceiling section 31, and two ceiling gypsum boards (Pb) 32f, 32f are fixed to the rafters 32e of the low ceiling section 32.

The LED lighting fixture 13 may be attached in advance to the upper surface of the lighting fixture installation surface portion 12b of the cove low ceiling mounting member 12, or the LED lighting fixture 13 may be attached after the cove low ceiling mounting member 12 is attached to the folded ceiling 3.

<Summary of the indirect lighting device 1 according to the first embodiment>
As described above, the indirect lighting fixture 1 of embodiment 1 according to the present invention is divided into a high ceiling mounting member for a cove 11 which is fixed to the high ceiling portion 31, and a low ceiling mounting member for a cove 12 which is fixed to the low ceiling portion 32 and has a lamp 13 mounted thereon, and the hanging connecting surface portion 11b of the high ceiling mounting member for a cove 11 is provided with a loose hole 11b3 having a vertical length L1 of, for example, about 40 mm and an adjustment margin of ±20 mm. Therefore, even if the distance between the high ceiling portion 31 and the low ceiling portion 32 changes by about ±20 mm, the change can be absorbed by the loose hole 11b3 and the indirect lighting fixture 1 can be attached.

As a result, even in the case of a folded ceiling 3 with a different spacing between the high ceiling section 31 and the low ceiling section 32, the indirect lighting fixture 1 of embodiment 1 can be used, eliminating the need to prepare a separate indirect lighting fixture with a different vertical spacing between the cove high ceiling mounting member 11 and the cove low ceiling mounting member 12. This makes it possible to easily and quickly respond to on-site needs, improve workability, and reduce costs.

First, as shown in FIG. 13(a), the cornice pre-attached high ceiling mounting member 21 is attached to the two sills 31e provided via clips 31d on the sill support 31c of the high ceiling section 31 that constitutes the folded ceiling 3. The cornice pre-attached high ceiling mounting member 21 is attached by passing a tex screw 41 through the screw head concealment recesses 21f, 21g of the cornice pre-attached high ceiling mounting member 21, and then rotating it to fix the cornice pre-attached high ceiling mounting member 21 to the sill 31e.

Next, as shown in FIG. 13(b), the first hook portion 22b and the second hook portion 22c on the upper surface side of the rear-mounted high ceiling mounting member for the cornice 22 are shifted and lifted from below the front-mounted high ceiling mounting member for the cornice 21 so that they do not come into contact with the first hooked portion 21b and the second hooked portion 21c of the front-mounted high ceiling mounting member for the cornice 21, and then the rear-mounted high ceiling mounting member for the cornice 22 is slid toward the indoor wall surface 5, and the cornice is attached to the rear-mounted high ceiling mounting member for the cornice 22 as shown in FIG. 14(a). The first hooking portion 22b and the second hooking portion 22c on the upper surface of the rear-mounted high ceiling mounting member 22 for the cornice are hooked to the first hooked portion 21b and the second hooked portion 21c of the front-mounted high ceiling mounting member 21 for the cornice, and the tex screw 41 is screwed into the fixing protrusion 22g at the rear end of the rear-mounted high ceiling mounting member 22 for the cornice by referring to the screw position indication groove 22g1, and fixed to the thickened screw receiving portion 21h at the rear end of the front-mounted high ceiling mounting member 21 for the cornice.

Here, the tex screws 41 are fixed in the screw head concealing recesses 21f, 21g of the pre-attached high ceiling mounting member for cornice 21, so the heads of the tex screws 41 do not protrude from the screw head concealing recesses 21f, 21g and do not interfere with the first hook portion 22b and the second hook portion 22c on the upper surface side of the post-attached high ceiling mounting member for cornice 22, allowing the work of hooking the post-attached high ceiling mounting member for cornice 22 to the pre-attached high ceiling mounting member for cornice 21 to be performed smoothly.

In addition, as shown in FIG. 14(a), there is sufficient space between the lower end of the hanging connecting surface portion 22h of the rear-mounted high ceiling mounting member for cornice 22 and the sill support 32c of the low ceiling portion 32, so when fixing the rear-mounted high ceiling mounting member for cornice 22 to the front-mounted high ceiling mounting member for cornice 21 with a tex screw 41, it is possible to insert tools and a tex screw 41 from below the hanging connecting surface portion 22h and perform the work, improving the workability of the screw fixing.

In addition, not only the tex screws 41 that secure the cornice pre-attached high ceiling mounting member 21 to the two joists 31e of the high ceiling section 31, but also the tex screws 41 that secure the fixing protrusion 22g of the cornice post-attached high ceiling mounting member 22 and the screw-receiving thickened portion 21h of the cornice pre-attached high ceiling mounting member 21 are invisible from below the folded-up ceiling 3, improving the workability of screw fixing while also improving the aesthetic appearance.

After fixing the rear-mounted high ceiling mounting member 22 for the cornice to the front-mounted high ceiling mounting member 21 for the cornice as shown in FIG. 14(a), insert a pan head screw 42 or the like into the loose hole 22h1 of the hanging connecting surface portion 22h of the rear-mounted high ceiling mounting member 22 for the cornice as shown in FIG. 14(b), and screw it into the female screw hole 23a2 of the standing connecting surface portion 23a of the low ceiling mounting member 23 for the cornice to connect them. Note that when the rear-mounted high ceiling mounting member 22 for the cornice is fixed to the front-mounted high ceiling mounting member 21 for the cornice, in this embodiment, a gap (gap) C of, for example, about 5 mm to 10 mm is formed between the wall surface 5 inside the room and the tip portion 22a of the rear-mounted high ceiling mounting member 22 for the cornice as shown in FIG. 7.

The loose hole 22h1 of the retrofit high ceiling mounting member 22 for cornice is a long hole with an adjustment margin of ±20 mm, with the vertical length L1 of the hanging connecting surface portion 22h being, for example, about 40 mm, so that, as with the case of the cove-type indirect lighting fixture 1 of embodiment 1, even if the distance between the high ceiling portion 31 and the low ceiling portion 32 changes by about ±20 mm, the change can be absorbed by the loose hole 22h1 and the indirect lighting fixture 1 can be attached.

The LED lighting fixture 13 may be attached in advance to the upper surface of the lighting fixture installation surface 23b of the cornice low ceiling mounting member 23, or the LED lighting fixture 13 may be attached after the cornice low ceiling mounting member 23 is attached to the raised ceiling 3.

Also, unlike Figures 13 and 14, which show the soffit support 32c from the side direction, when viewed from the front and rear ends of the soffit support 32c, if the soffit support 32c etc. is not provided below the cornice low ceiling mounting member 23 and a gap is created between the soffit 32e, for example, as shown in Figure 15, a spacer 32g such as a piece of wood can be inserted between the cornice low ceiling mounting member 23 and the soffit 32e, and a tex screw 41 can be screwed into the screw position indication groove 23b1 of the cornice low ceiling mounting member 23 to fix it to the spacer 32g.

In addition, in the low ceiling portion 32, if the longitudinal length of the joists 32e of the ceiling gypsum boards (Pb) 32f, 32f is short, and the distance between the tip 22a of the cornice rear-mounted high ceiling mounting member 22 and the wall surface gypsum board (Pb) 51 of the wall surface 5 is about 5 mm as shown in FIG. 7, the tip of the ceiling gypsum boards (Pb) 32f, 32f cannot be supported by the gypsum board end support protrusion 23c2 of the cornice low ceiling mounting member 23. In this case, the cornice rear-mounted high ceiling mounting member 22 may be attached to the cornice front-mounted high ceiling mounting member 21 toward the center of the room, as shown in FIG. 7, to configure the indirect lighting fixture 2 of embodiment 2, for example, as shown in FIG. 16.

Figure 16 shows the case where the distance between the tip 22a of the cornice retrofit high ceiling mounting member 22 and the wall surface gypsum board (Pb) 51 of the wall surface 5 is widened from 5 mm to about twice that, 10 mm.

As shown in FIG. 16, when the rear-mounted high ceiling mounting member for cornice 22 is attached to the front-mounted high ceiling mounting member for cornice 21 by shifting it toward the center of the room, the tips of the first hanging horizontal portion 21b2 and the second hanging horizontal portion 21c2 of the first hanging portion 21b and the second hanging portion 21c of the front-mounted high ceiling mounting member for cornice 21 do not abut against the side of the first hanging upright portion 22b1 and the second hanging upright portion 22c1 of the first hanging portion 22b and the second hanging portion 22c of the rear-mounted high ceiling mounting member for cornice 22, and the tips of the first hanging horizontal portion 22b2 and the second hanging horizontal portion 22c2 of the first hanging portion 22b and the second hanging portion 22c of the rear-mounted high ceiling mounting member for cornice do not abut against the side of the first hanging portion 21b and The first hanging hanging portion 21b1 and the second hanging hanging portion 21c1 of the first hanging portion 21b and the second hanging portion 21c will no longer abut against the side surface, but the first hanging horizontal portion 21b2 and the second hanging horizontal portion 21c2 of the first hanging portion 21b and the second hanging portion 21c, respectively, and the first hanging horizontal portion 22b2 and the second hanging horizontal portion 22c2 of the first hanging portion 22b and the second hanging portion 22c of the cornice rear-mounted high ceiling mounting member 22 overlap and engage at their tips, and the fixing protrusion 22g of the cornice rear-mounted high ceiling mounting member 22 and the screw receiving thickened portion 21h of the cornice front-mounted high ceiling mounting member 21 are fixed with tex screws 41, so there is no problem with the fixing of the cornice front-mounted high ceiling mounting member 21 and the cornice rear-mounted high ceiling mounting member 22.

In addition, the horizontal length L4 (see Figure 11) of the fixing protrusion 22g of the cornice rear-mounted high ceiling mounting member 22 is, for example, about 20 mm to 25 mm, and the length L5 from the rear end of the fixing protrusion 22g to the screw position indication groove 22g1 is about 7 mm to 8 mm. Therefore, even if the cornice rear-mounted high ceiling mounting member 22 is moved back about 5 mm from the cornice front-mounted high ceiling mounting member 21 toward the center of the room wall surface 5 from the connected state shown in Figure 7, the fixing protrusion 22g and the screw receiving thickened portion 21h can be fixed with the tex screws 41, although the tex screws 41 will be misaligned about 5 mm from the screw position indication groove 22g1.

In this case, the low ceiling mounting member 23 for the cornice, which is fixed to the rear high ceiling mounting member 22 for the cornice, will also be set back about 5 mm toward the center of the room from the connected state shown in FIG. 7, so the tex screw 41 passed through the screw position indication groove 23b1 at the rear end of the lamp installation surface portion 23b will be fixed in a position shifted toward the center of the room from the center of the clip 32d for the low ceiling portion 32, as shown in FIG. 16.

<Summary of indirect lighting device 2 according to embodiment 2>
As described above, the indirect lighting fixture 2 of embodiment 2 according to the present invention is a cornice-type indirect lighting fixture in which the high ceiling mounting member is divided into a front-mounted high ceiling mounting member 21 for a cornice and a rear-mounted high ceiling mounting member 22 for a cornice, and the hanging connecting surface portion 22h of the rear-mounted high ceiling mounting member 22 for a cornice is provided with a long loose hole 22h1 having a vertical length L1 of, for example, about 40 mm and an adjustment margin of ±20 mm.

Therefore, even if the distance between the high ceiling section 31 and the low ceiling section 32 changes by about ±20 mm, the change can be absorbed by the loose hole 22h1 and the indirect lighting fixture 2 can be attached, eliminating the need to prepare a separate indirect lighting fixture 1 with a different vertical distance between the retrofit high ceiling mounting member 22 for the cornice and the low ceiling mounting member 23 for the cornice. This makes it possible to easily and quickly respond to on-site needs, improve workability, and reduce costs.

In the indirect lighting fixture 2 according to the second embodiment of the present invention, the high ceiling mounting member is fixed to the high ceiling portion 31 by a fixing member such as a screw or bolt, and is divided into two parts: a pre-attached high ceiling mounting member 21 for a cornice, which has a first L-shaped hook portion 21b and a second L-shaped hook portion 21c spaced a predetermined distance apart on the underside, and a post-attached high ceiling mounting member 22 for a cornice, which has an inverted L-shaped first hook portion 22b and a second L-shaped hook portion 22c on the upper side that slide from the side and hook onto the first hook portion 21b and the second hook portion 21c.

Therefore, the pre-attached high ceiling mounting member 21 for the cornice is first attached to the high ceiling portion 31, and then the first hook portion 22b and the second hook portion 22c of the post-attached high ceiling mounting member 22 for the cornice are hooked to the first hook portion 21b and the second hook portion 21c of the pre-attached high ceiling mounting member 21 for the cornice, respectively, for temporary attachment, and then the post-attached high ceiling mounting member 22 for the cornice can be fixed to the pre-attached high ceiling mounting member 21 for the cornice with the tex screws 41, making it easier to attach the post-attached high ceiling mounting member 22 for the cornice to the pre-attached high ceiling mounting member 21 for the cornice, improving workability.

In particular, as shown in FIG. 7, the cornice post-attached high ceiling mounting member 22 is brought as close as possible to the wall surface 5 side of the room relative to the cornice pre-attached high ceiling mounting member 21, and the ends of the first hanging horizontal portion 21b2 and the second hanging horizontal portion 21c2 of the first hanging portion 21b and the second hanging portion 21c of the cornice pre-attached high ceiling mounting member 21 are brought into contact with or close to the side surfaces of the first hanging upright portion 22b1 and the second hanging upright portion 22c1 of the first hanging portion 22b and the second hanging portion 22c of the cornice post-attached high ceiling mounting member 22, or the ends of the first hanging horizontal portion 22b2 and the second hanging horizontal portion 22c2 of the first hanging portion 22b and the second hanging portion 22c of the cornice post-attached high ceiling mounting member 22 are brought into contact with or close to the side surfaces of the first hanging portion 21b and When the first hanging portion 21b1 and the second hanging portion 21c are hung so as to abut or be close to the side of the first hanging portion 21b1 and the second hanging portion 21c1, respectively, in the low ceiling portion 32, if the longitudinal length of the joists 32e of the ceiling gypsum boards (Pb) 32f, 32f is short and the gypsum board end support protrusion 23c2 cannot support the ends of the ceiling gypsum boards (Pb) 32f, 32f and a gap is likely to be created between them, the cornice post-attachment high ceiling mounting member 22 can be attached by shifting it toward the center of the room relative to the cornice pre-attachment high ceiling mounting member 21 as shown in FIG. 16, so that it is possible to easily and quickly respond to on-site needs, improve workability, and reduce costs.

In addition, in the indirect lighting fixture 2 of the second embodiment, when the first hooked portion 21b and the second hooked portion 21c of the cornice pre-attached high ceiling mounting member 21 are hooked to the first hooked portion 22b and the second hooked portion 22c of the cornice post-attached high ceiling mounting member 22, the tip portion 21a of the cornice pre-attached high ceiling mounting member 21 is configured to protrude toward the wall surface 5 inside the room more than the tip portion 22a of the cornice post-attached high ceiling mounting member 22. Therefore, when the tip portion 21a of the cornice pre-attached high ceiling mounting member 21 is attached to the high ceiling portion 31 so as to abut or be close to the wall gypsum board (Pb) 51 of the wall surface 5 inside the room as shown in Figures 7 and 16, a gap (gap) C of about 5 mm to 10 mm is provided between the tip portion 22a of the cornice post-attached high ceiling mounting member 22 and the wall surface 5 inside the room.

However, a slit-shaped shadow is formed by the light from the LED light 13 in the gap C between the tip 22a of the cornice post-attachment high ceiling mounting member 22 and the wall gypsum board (Pb) 51 on the wall surface 5 inside the room. Even if the cornice post-attachment high ceiling mounting member 22 is attached offset toward the center of the room relative to the cornice pre-attachment high ceiling mounting member 21 as shown in FIG. 16 and the gap C widens to about 10 mm, the slit-shaped shadow makes the gap C difficult to notice for people below. This not only makes it easy to meet on-site needs and improves workability, but also improves the finish of the folded ceiling 3.

In addition, the gap (gap) C between the tip 22a of the cornice post-attached high ceiling mounting member 22 and the wall surface 5 inside the room is narrow as shown in Figures 7 and 16, and a slit-shaped (linear) shadow is formed by the LED light emitted from the LED lighting device 13 installed diagonally below the gap (gap) C toward the center of the room. Therefore, even if a gap is formed between the tip 21a of the cornice pre-attached high ceiling mounting member 21 and the wall surface gypsum board (Pb) 51 due to bending of the wall surface 5, the slit-shaped (linear) shadow formed between the tip 22a of the cornice pre-attached high ceiling mounting member 22 and the wall surface gypsum board (Pb) 51 makes it difficult for people below to see, improving the design.

In the indirect lighting fixture 2 of the second embodiment, the cornice pre-attached high ceiling mounting member 21 is provided with the L-shaped first and second hooked portions 21b and 21c, while the cornice post-attached high ceiling mounting member 22 is provided with the inverted L-shaped first and second hooked portions 22b and 22c that hook onto the L-shaped first and second hooked portions 21b and 21c of the cornice pre-attached high ceiling mounting member 21, respectively. However, the present invention is not limited to this, and may be of a fitting, locking, engagement, or even uneven relationship, and is not particularly limited to a shape (relationship) that allows the cornice post-attached high ceiling mounting member 22 to be temporarily hooked or temporarily fastened to the cornice pre-attached high ceiling mounting member 21.
