Description of the Related Art Conventionally, an exhaust hood is arranged above a cooking heat source in a kitchen so that exhaust gas generated when cooking is performed by the cooking heat source is exhausted from the exhaust hood. However, when the air is exhausted from the exhaust hood, the air-conditioned air in the room is also discharged together with the ascending airflow from the heat source, so there was a lot of energy loss in air conditioning.

It has been proposed that the air supply unit 3 is arranged at a position outside the exhaust hood 2, and when the air is exhausted by the exhaust hood 2, the outside air outside the air supply unit 3 is simultaneously blown out into the kitchen (FIG. 5). reference). In such a conventional example, the air supply unit 3
The outside air ejected from the tank serves as a kind of air curtain, and the amount of the air-conditioned air in the kitchen 9 discharged to the outside together with the exhaust air can be reduced.

In addition to being affected, it is necessary to work in an environment where the outside air blown from above hits. Then, for example, in the summer season, the outside air having a high temperature directly hits the cook, and there is a problem that the working environment is still bad due to the influence of this and the heat from the heat source for cooking ahead. Further, in winter, there is a problem in that the outside air having a low outdoor temperature directly hits the cook. In addition, all the outside air blown from the air supply unit 3 into the kitchen 9 is not exhausted from the exhaust hood 2, and a part of the outside air is mixed with the air-conditioned air in the kitchen, and the indoor temperature is high in the summer, for example. However, since the indoor temperature is lowered in the winter, there is a problem that a large capacity air conditioning device is required for air conditioning the kitchen.

In this way, it has been found that the cook working while standing in front of the heat source for cooking is exposed to the conditioned air and can work in a comfortable environment. However, a part of the conditioned air ejected from the air supply unit short-passes to the exhaust hood side, which wastefully discharges the conditioned air together with the exhaust air, resulting in a large energy loss. there were.

By supplying the air to the inside, it serves as a kind of air curtain, and the amount of conditioned air in the room discharged to the outside together with the exhaust air can be reduced. Moreover, due to the air curtain effect, exhaust gas and oil mist generated when cooking with the cooking heat source 1 are prevented from scattering in the kitchen 9. Moreover, when the outside air is supplied from the air supply unit 3 into the kitchen 9,
The outside air is supplied from the inside air supply portion 4 located near the exhaust hood 2 side, and the outside air is air-conditioned and supplied from the outside air supply portion 5 located away from the exhaust hood 2 side. The conditioned air supplied from the air supply unit 5 is the exhaust hood 2.
Without passing a short path to the side, it flows to the lower front of the cooking heat source 1, and the cook working while standing in front of the cooking heat source 1 can work in a comfortable state. In this case, Outside air is supplied from the air supply unit 4, and outside air supply unit 5 is supplied.
By supplying conditioned air from the above, the conditioned air does not short pass to the exhaust hood 2 as described above, energy loss is reduced, and it is not necessary to increase the capacity of the air conditioner. The number of outdoor units installed can be reduced.

る。According to the first aspect of the present invention, as described above, the exhaust hood is arranged above the cooking heat source in the kitchen, and the air supply unit is provided outside the exhaust hood. The air supply section is located closer to the exhaust hood side to supply the outside air into the kitchen, and the air supply section is located farther from the exhaust hood side to supply the conditioned air to the kitchen. Since it is divided into an outside air supply part for supplying inside, when exhausting exhaust gas generated when cooking with a cooking heat source from the exhaust hood, outside air is supplied from the air supply part outside the exhaust hood to the inside of the kitchen. By supplying air to the air conditioner, it becomes a kind of air curtain, and the amount of air-conditioned air in the room to be discharged to the outside together with the exhaust air can be reduced, and therefore energy can be saved. Further, the air curtain effect can prevent exhaust gas or oil mist generated when cooking with a cooking heat source from scattering in the kitchen, and does not contaminate the kitchen. In addition, when supplying outside air from the air supply unit to the kitchen, the outside air is supplied from the inner air supply unit located near the exhaust hood side and the air conditioner is supplied from the outer air supply unit located away from the exhaust hood side. As a result, the conditioned air supplied from the outer air supply section flows downward without short-passing to the exhaust hood side and stands in front of the heat source for cooking. The cook who is working can cook in a comfortable state. In this case, since the outside air is supplied from the inside air supply part and the conditioned air is supplied from the outside air supply part, the conditioned air does not short pass to the exhaust hood, and the inside air supply part does not The outside air is not diffused in the kitchen, and most of it is exhausted to the outside from the exhaust hood together with the exhaust gas, and the outside air that is not air-conditioned does not affect the air-conditioned air in the kitchen, and the energy There is no need to reduce loss and increase the capacity of the air conditioner,
For example, the number of outdoor units installed can be reduced.

It can be applied when the cooking heat source is placed away from the wall, even if there is a cook on either side of the cooking heat source,
You can comfortably cook. In addition, in the invention of claim 3, in addition to the effect of the invention of claim 1 or claim 2, since the cooling means or the heating means is provided in the outside air supply part, the exhaust hood is supplied. The construction can be simplified because the construction can be performed as a unit in a state in which the cooling means or the heating means is incorporated in the range hood unit provided with the air part.
