Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.熱電併給装置を搬送するための移送手段(4)と、電流を発生させるため に前記移送手段(4)に取り付けられた電力発生手段(8,10)と、前記電力 発生手段(8,10)を駆動するために前記移送手段(4)に取り付けられ、運 転されるときに排出ガスを発生する駆動手段(12,14)と、前記排出ガスか ら熱を回収するために前記移送手段(4)に取り付けられたボイラー(16)と を含んでなる熱電併給装置であって、前記ボイラー(16)が、 ボイラーハウジング(200)と、 第1ドラム(206)と、 第2ドラム(208)と、 前記ボイラーハウジング(200)の内側に配置された垂直ボイラーチューブ (220)の第1の組み合わせと、 前記ボイラーハウジング(200)の内側に配置された垂直ボイラーチューブ (222)の第2の組み合わせと、 (a)前記ドラム(206,208)の少なくとも一方からボイラーチューブ (220)の前記第1の組み合わせへ水を導き、(b)前記ドラム(206,2 08)の間で水を導き、(c)前記ドラム(206,208)の少なくとも一方 からボイラーチューブ(222)の前記第2の組み合わせへ水を導き、(d)ボ イラーチューブ(220)の前記第1の組み合わせから前記ドラム(206,2 08)の少なくとも一方へ蒸気を導き、そして(e)ボイラーチューブ(222 )の前記第2の組み合わせから前記ドラム(206,208)の少なくとも一方 へ蒸気を導くための導管手段とを含んでなることを特徴とする熱電併給装置。 2.前記導管手段が、前記ドラム(206,208)の少なくとも一方からボ イラーチューブ(220)の前記第1の組み合わせへ水を導くための第1導管手 段(210,212,214,224,226)と、 前記ドラム(206,208)の間で水を導くための、またボイラーチューブ (222)の第2の組み合わせへ水を導くための第2導管手段(210,212 ,214,242,244)と、 ボイラーチューブ(220)の前記第1の組み合わせから前記ドラム(206 ,208)の少なくとも一方へ蒸気を導くための第3導管手段(238)と、 ボイラーチューブ(222)の第2の組み合わせから前記ドラム(206,2 08)の少なくとも一方へ蒸気を導くための第4導管手段(252)とを含むこ とを更に特徴とする請求項1の熱電併給装置。 3.第3導管手段(238)が、ボイラーチューブ(220)の前記第1の組 み合わせに発生した蒸気の実質的に全てを前記第1および第2のドラム(206 ,208)の一方へ供給して、ボイラーチューブ(220)の前記第1の組み合 わせに発生した蒸気は前記第1および第2のドラム(206,208)のうちの 他のドラムへは全く導かれないように作動可能であり、 第4導管手段(252)が、ボイラーチューブ(222)の前記第2の組み合 わせに発生した蒸気の実質的に全てを前記第1および第2のドラム(206,2 08)の前記他方へ供給して、ボイラーチューブ(222)の前記第2の組み合 わせに発生した蒸気は前記第1および第2のドラム(206,208)のうちの 前記一方へは全く導かれないように作動可能であることを特徴とする請求項2の 熱電併給装置。 4.前記ボイラー(16)は、前記ハウジング(200)の内部に配置されて 蒸気を過熱するための過熱手段を更に含み、 ボイラーチューブ(220)の前記第1の組み合わせは、前記ハウジング(2 00)の入口(202)と前記過熱手段(236)との間に配置された少なくと も1つの垂直チューブ(232)を含み、 ボイラーチューブ(220)の前記第1の組み合わせは、前記過熱手段(23 6)と前記ハウジング(200)の出口(204)との間に配置された少なくと も1つの垂直チューブ(230)を更に含み、 ボイラーチューブ(222)の前記第2の組み合わせは、前記ハウジングの入 口(202)と過熱手段(236)との間に配置された少なくとも1つの垂直チ ューブ(248)を含み、 ボイラーチューブ(222)の前記第2の組み合わせは、前記過熱手段(23 6)と前記ハウジング出口(204)との間に配置された少なくとも1つの垂直 チューブ(246)を更に含むことを特徴とする請求項3の熱電併給装置。 5.熱電併給装置を搬送するための移送手段(4)と、電流を発生させるため に前記移送手段(4)に取り付けられた電力発生手段(8,10)と、前記電力 発生手段(8,10)を駆動するために前記移送手段(4)に取り付けられ、運 転されるときに排出ガスを発生する駆動手段(12,14)と、前記排出ガスか ら熱を回収するために前記移送手段(4)に取り付けられた熱回収手段(16) と、前記排出ガスの少なくとも一部が前記熱回収手段(16)に流入する前に、 前記排出ガスの前記一部を排出するための排出手段(76)とを含んでなる熱電 併給装置であって、前記熱電併給装置が前記排出ガスの前記一部を前記排出手段 (76)へ向けて選択的に転向させるための転向手段(72)を更に含んでおり 、前記転向手段(72)は、 入口ポート(106)および第1の出口ポート(98)を有するハウジング( 102)と、 前記ハウジング(102)に枢動可能に取り付けられたバルブ部材支持体(1 22)と、 前記ハウジング(102)内に配置されたバルブ部材(126)と、 前記バルブ部材(126)を前記バルブ部材支持体(122)に組み合わせて 、バルブ部材(126)が実質的にあらゆる方向へ少なくともある程度で前記バ ルブ部材支持体(122)に対して枢動できるようにする枢動手段(124,1 42)とを含むことを特徴とする熱電併給装置。 6.前記枢動手段(124,142)が前記バルブ部材支持体(122)に連 結された第1部分(124)と、前記バルブ部材(126)に連結された第2部 分(142)とを有する球形軸受組立体を含んでなり、前記第2部分(142) は前記第1部分(124)と枢動可能に組み合わされていることを更に特徴とす る請求項5の熱電併給装置。 7.前記ハウジング(102)が更に第2の出口ポート(84)を含み、また 、前記バルブ部材支持部材(122)を枢動して、前記バルブ部材(126)が 前記出口ポート(84,98)の選択された一方を完全に閉じるように位置され るときに前記出口ポート(84,98)の他方が開口されるように前記出口ポー ト (84,98)を選択的に密閉することで前記バルブ部材(126)が位置決め 可能であることを更に特徴とする請求項5の熱電併給装置。 8.前記バルブ部材(126)は前記出口ポート(84,98)の各々が少な くとも部分的に開口されるように位置決めできることを更に特徴とする請求項7 の熱電併給装置。 9.前記バルブ部材(126)が前記第1の出口ポート(98)を閉じるよう に配置されるとき、前記枢動手段(124,142)は前記バルブ部材(126 )を前記バルブ部材支持部(122)に対して必要なだけ枢動して、前記バルブ 部材(126)が実質的に完全に第1出口ポートシール(158)に接触するよ うにさせ、 前記バルブ部材(126)が前記第2出口ポート(84)を閉じるように位置 されるとき、前記枢動手段(124,142)は前記バルブ部材(126)が前 記バルブ部材支持部材(122)に対して必要なだけ枢動して、前記バルブ部材 (126)が実質的に完全に第2出口ポートシール(158)に接触するように させ、 前記第1出口ポートシール(158)が前記ハウジング(102)内に位置さ れて、前記第1出口ポートシール(158)が前記第1出口ポート(98)を実 質的に完全に取り囲むようになし、 前記第2出口ポートシール(158)が前記ハウジング(102)内に位置さ れて、前記第2出口ポートシール(158)が前記第2出口ポート(84)を実 質的に完全に取り囲むようにすることを更に特徴とする請求項7の熱電併給装置 。 10.前記転向手段(72)が前記ハウジング内で前記第1出口ポート(98) のまわりに配置されたシーリング手段(158)を含み、前記バルブ部材(12 6)が前記第1出口ポート(98)を閉じるように位置されるとき、前記バルブ 部材(126)は前記バルブ部材支持体(122)に対して必要なだけ枢動して 、前記バルブ部材(126)が前記第1出口ポート(98)の実質的に全周のま わりで前記シーリング手段(158)に接触するように作動可能であることを更 に特徴とする請求項5の熱電併給装置。
