Abstract
Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.−第1亜鉛層と、 −該第1層上にあって、5〜55%のアルミニウムを含む亜鉛/アルミニウム合 金の第2多孔質層と、 −該第2層上にあって、有機結合剤(特に水性塗料、アルファルトワニス又はエ ポキシ樹脂)を含み、孔閉塞層と称する第3多孔質層 とを含んでなる外側被膜を備えていることを特徴とする、とりわけ埋設パイプラ イン用の鉄(特に鋳鉄)を基材とする配管工事部材。 2.第1層が多孔質であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の配管工事部材。 3.少なくとも130g/m2、特に少なくとも200g/m2の量の亜鉛層が備 わっていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の配管工事部材。 4.少なくとも130g/m2、特に少なくとも150g/m2の量の合金層が備 わっていることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の配管工事部 材。 5.孔閉塞層の厚さが80〜150μmであることを特徴とする請求項1から4 のいずれか一項に記載の配管工事部 材。 6.請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の配管工事部材からなる特に埋設され たパイプライン。 7.a)特にアークメタライジング法により第1亜鉛層を付着させ、次いで b)5〜55%のアルミニウムを含む亜鉛/アルミニウム合金の第2層をアー クメタライジング法により付着させ、次いで c)有機結合剤(特に水性塗料、アスファルトワニス又はエポキシ樹脂)を含 み、孔閉塞層と称する第3多孔質層を付着させる 段階を含む、鉄(特に鋳鉄)を基材とする配管工事部材を特に土壌による腐食か ら保護する方法。 8.少なくとも130g/m2、特に少なくとも200g/m2の量の亜鉛層を付 着させることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の方法。 9.少なくとも130g/m2、特に少なくとも150g/m2の量の合金層を付 着させることを特徴とする請求項7又は8に記載の方法。 10.噴霧により特に80〜150μmの厚さに第3層を 付着させることを特徴とする請求項7から9のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
