Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.可塑化ポリ塩化ビニル樹脂を含む第一層;および ポリエステルポリウレタン、スリップ剤および仕上剤を含む、第一層に接着 した第二層; からなる柔軟性製品。 2.第一層が、アジピン酸エステルおよびフタル酸エステルからなる群から選択 される可塑剤により可塑化された縮合ポリ塩化ビニルである、請求項1記載の柔 軟性製品。 3.可塑化ポリ塩化ビニル樹脂のフィルムで形成された、患者に接触する第一層 ;および ポリエステルポリウレタンのフィルムで形成された、患者接触層に接着した 、使用者に接触する第二層; からなる医療用2層手袋。 4.患者接触層が、アジピン酸エステルおよびフタル酸エステルからなる群から 選択される可塑剤により可塑化された縮合ポリ塩化ビニルにより形成されている 、請求項3記載の手袋。 5.手袋の平均の厚さが約0.035mmから約0.150mmである、請求項 3記載の手袋。 6.使用者接触層がさらにスリップ剤および仕上剤を含むことによりきめを有す る表面を提供し、それにより使用者接触層がそれ自体スライドして使用者の手を スライドすることにより粉末を必要とせずに容易に手袋が着用可能になることを 特徴とする、請求項3記載の手袋。 7.スリップ剤が、約4,000から約10,000ドルトンの分子量および約 25から約50ナノメーターの平均粒子サイズを有する、請求項6記載の手袋。 8.仕上剤が、非晶性合成シリカ、珪藻土、シリカ、ガラスビーズ、および炭化 カルシウムからなる群から選択される粒ぞろいの物質である、請求項6記載の手 袋。 9.粒ぞろいの物質が、約1から約75ミクロンの粒子サイズ分布を有する、請 求項8記載の手袋。 10.粒ぞろいの物質が、約1から約75ミクロンの粒子サイズ分布を有し、且 つ炭化カルシウムからなる、請求項9記載の手袋。 11.ポリ塩化ビニルプラスチゾルを含む第一浴槽に表面を有する清潔な手形の 型を浸け; 表面上にプラスチゾルの第一フィルムを形成し; 第一浴槽から第一フィルムを有する型を取り出し; 第一フィルムをその上に有する型を加熱してプラスチゾルをゲル化および縮合 し; 第一フィルムをその上に有する型を冷やし; ポリエステルポリウレタン、スリップ剤および仕上剤を含む水性懸濁液を含む 第二浴槽に、表面上に第一フィルムを有する型を浸け; 表面上に第一フィルムおよび第二フィルムを有する型を第二浴槽から取り出し 第一フィルムおよび第二フィルムを有する型を加熱することにより乾燥させ且 つ第一フィルムと第二フィルムを接着し、そして型の表面上に2層ユニット構造 を形成し; 型上の2層ユニット構造上でめくり返しを形成し;そして 型からユニット構造をはぎとりそしてめくり返すことにより外部表面上に患者 接触層そして内部表面上に使用者接触層を有する手袋を形成する 工程からなる、医療用手袋の製造方法。 12.はぎとりそしてめくり返す工程のあとに、さらに計数工程およびパッケー ジング工程を含む、請求項11記載の方法。 13.第一浴槽が、ポリ塩化ビニルおよびポリ塩化ビニルコポリマーからなる群 から選択される樹脂、および可塑剤、安定剤、増粘剤および発色剤により形成さ れる液体プラスチゾルを含む、請求項11記載の方法。 14.可塑剤に対する樹脂の比率が約0.8:1から約1.2:1である、請求 項13記載の方法。 15.第二浴槽が、水性アニオン性ポリエステルポリウレタンエマルジョン、仕 上剤、懸濁剤および湿潤剤を含む、請求項11記載の方法。 16.第二浴槽が、約70パーセントから約95パーセントの水を含む、請求項 15記載の方法。 17.仕上剤が、非晶性合成シリカ、珪藻土、シリカ、ガラスビーズ、および炭 化カルシウムからなる群から選択される粒ぞろいの物質である、請求項15記載 の方法。 18.粒ぞろいの物質が、約1から約50ミクロンの粒子サイズ分布を有する炭 化カルシウムからなる、請求項17記載の方法。 19.手形の型の外部表面上にポリ塩化ビニルプラスチゾルの第一層を形成し; ポリエステルポリウレタン、スリップ剤および仕上剤を含む第二層を第一層に 接着させて形成する; 工程からなる、医療用手袋の製造方法。 20.プラスチゾルが、約0.7から約1.5の極限粘度数を有するポリ塩化ビ ニル、およびフタル酸エステルおよびアジピン酸エステルおよびジエステルおよ びそれらのブレンドからなる群から選択される可塑剤を含む、請求項19記載の 方法。 21.プラスチゾルがさらに増粘剤、安定化パッケージおよび発色剤を含み、プ ラスチゾルがプラスチゾルに対する樹脂の比率約0.8:1.0から約1.0: 1.2を有し、そして第一層を有する型を加熱する工程を含むことによりプラス チゾルをゲル化および縮合する、請求項19記載の方法。 22.第二層を形成するための浴槽が、さらに約70パーセントから約95パー セントの水、スリップ剤、粘度制御剤、消泡剤および湿潤剤を含む、請求項19 記載の方法。 23.仕上剤が、炭化カルシウム、珪藻土、ガラスビーズ、シリカおよび非晶性 合成シリカからなる群から選択される粒ぞろいの物質であり、そして、粒ぞろい の物質が約1から約50ミクロンの粒子サイズ分布を有する、請求項22記載の 方法。 24.スリップ剤が、約4,000から約10,000ドルトンの分子量および 約25から約50ナノメーターの平均粒子サイズを有する、請求項22記載の方 法。 25.第二層をオーブン中で加熱することにより乾燥させ且つ第一層に接着して 型の表面上にユニット構造を形成する、請求項19記載の方法。 26.さらに、ユニット構造上にめくり返しを形成し、型から構造をはぎとりめ くり返すことにより手袋を形成する、請求項19記載の方法。
