Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 式(I) 〔式中、Xは基>O、>S、>C=Oまたは>NR(式中Rは水素、C1-6アル キル、フェニルまたはC7-12フェナルキルである)であり、R1およびR2は各々 水素を表すかまたは一緒になってオキソ基を表し、そしてR3、R4およびR5は 各々水素を表すか、あるいはR1が水素を表し、そしてR2、R3、R4およびR5 のうちの二つは一緒になって7および8、8および9または9および10位を連 結する二重結合の第二の結合を表し、R2、R3、R4およびR5の残りの二つは水 素を表している]の化合物であって、治療に使用するために所望により薬学的に 受容可能な無機酸または有機酸と塩を形成していてもよい、上記化合物。 2. 式(I) 〔式中、Xは基>O、>S、>C=Oまたは>NR(式中Rは水素、C1-6アル キル、フェニルまたはC7-12フェナルキルである)であり、R1およびR2は各々 水素を表すかまたは一緒になってオキソ基を表し、そしてR3、R4およびR5は 各々水素を表すか、あるいはR1が水素を表し、そしてR2、R3、R4およびR5 のうちの二つは一緒になって7および8、8および9または9および10位を連 結する二重結合の第二の結合を表し、R2、R3、R4およびR5の残りの二つは水 素を表している、ただし、R1からR5の各々が水素である場合はXは>Oではな い]の化合物であって、所望により薬学的に受容可能な無機酸または有機酸と塩 を形成していてもよい、上記化合物。 3. Xが>NR(式中Rはメチルまたはフェニルである)である、請求項第 1項または第2項に記載の化合物。 4. Xが>Oである、請求項第1項または第2項に記載の化合物。 5. R1、R4およびR5が各々水素であり、およびR2およびR3が9および 10位を連結する二重結合の第二の結合である、請求項第1項から第4項のいず れか1項に記載の化合物。 6. R1およびR2がオキソ基であり、R3、R4およびR5が各々水素である 、請求項第1項から第4項のいずれか1項に記載の化合物。 7. シス−1,2,3,4,5,6a,7,8,9,10,10a,10b −ドデカヒドロ−1,4−オキサジノ〔3’,4’:2,3〕ベンゾ〔d〕イソ オキサゾール−4−オンまたはその塩である、請求項第1項または第2項に記載 の化合物。 8. シス−1,2,3,4,5,6a,7,8,10a,10b−デカヒド ロ−1,4−オキサジノ〔3’,4’:2,3〕ベンゾ〔d〕イソオキサゾール またはその塩である、請求項第1項または第2項に記載の化合物。 9. 10b位の水素原子が6aおよび10a位の水素原子に関してシスコン フィグレーションである、請求項第1項から第8項のいずれか1項に記載の化合 物。 10. 医薬として受容可能な希釈剤または担体とともに請求項第2項で定義し た式(I)の化合物を含む医薬組成物。 11. 化合物が請求項第3項から第9項のいずれか1項に定義されているもの である、請求項第10項に記載の医薬組成物。 12. 不安症の処置、あるいは学習能力の改善および/または健忘症の回復に 使用するための医薬の製造における請求項第1項で定義した式(I)の化合物の 使用。 13. 化合物が請求項第2項から第9項のいずれか1項に定義されている、請 求項第12項に記載の使用。 14. 請求項第1項で定義した式(I)の化合物を含み、不安症を処置するま たは学習能力の改善および/または健忘症の回復を達成するための医薬組成物。 15. 不安症の患者に治療有効量の請求項第1項で定義した式(I)の化合物 を投与することからなる該患者の処置法。 16. 学習能力の改善および/または健忘症の回復を必要とする患者に治療有 効量の請求項第1項で定義した式(I)の化合物を投与することからなる該患者 の処置法。
