Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.ソーダ−石灰−シリカのガラス組成物、より具体的には透明板ガラスの製 造を目的とするガラス組成物であって、次に示す成分を記載の範囲で含み、 SiO2 69〜75重量% Al2O3 0〜 3重量% CaO 2〜10重量% MgO 0〜 2重量% Na2O 9〜17重量% K2O 0〜 8重量% Fe2O3 0.2〜1.5重量% これらの組成物はさらに、フッ素、及び亜鉛、ジルコニウム、セリウム、チタン の酸化物、4重量%未満の酸化バリウム、及び合計で10%以下の残りのアルカ リ土類酸化物を含むことができるガラス組成物。 2.次の成分を含んでなる請求の範囲第1項に記載の組成物: SiO2 71〜75重量% Al2O3 0〜 3重量% CaO 6〜10重量% Na2O 12〜17重量% Fe2O3 0.2〜1.5重量%。 3.MgOを省いた請求の範囲第2項に記載の組成物。 4.K2Oを省いた請求の範囲第2項又は3項に記載の組成物。 5.次の成分を含んでなる請求の範囲第1項に記載の組成物: SiO2 69〜74重量% Al2O3 0〜 3重量% CaO 2〜 7重量% Na2O 10〜15重量% K2O 2〜 7重量% Fe2O3 0.2〜1.5重量%。 6.MgOを省いた請求の範囲第5項に記載の組成物。 7.0.5〜3.5重量%のBaOを含む請求の範囲第1項〜6項のいずれか 1項に記載の組成物: 8. 0.5〜2重量%のフッ素を含む請求の範囲第l項〜7項のいずれか1 項に記載の組成物。 9. 0.5〜3重量%のZnOを含む請求の範囲第1項〜8項のいずれか1 項に記載の組成物。 10.1.5重量%までのZrO2を含む請求の範囲第1項〜9項のいずれか 1項に記載の組成物。 11.1.5重量%まで、好ましくは0.3〜0.8重量%のCe2O2を含む 請求の範囲第1項〜10項のいずれか1項に記載の組成物。 12. 1重量%までのTiO2を含む請求の範囲第1項〜11項のいずれか 1項に記載の組成物。 13.Ce2O3とTiO2の合計が1.2重量%以下に留まる割合でセリウム とチタンの酸化物を同時に含む請求の範囲第11項又は第12項に記載の組成物 。 14.FeO/Fe2O3の比が0.8未満に留まる割合で鉄酸化物を含む請求 の範囲第1項〜13項のいずれか1項に記載の組成物。 15.少なくとも1枚のガラスシートを含み、前記ガラスシートの化学組成は 請求の範囲第1項〜14項のいずれか1項に記載の組成物で限定され、前記ガラ スシートは0.8〜10mmの厚さを有 する透明板ガラス。 16.少なくとも1枚のガラスシートを含み、前記ガラスは3.85mmの厚 さについて少なくとも71%のTLA値を有する請求の範囲第15項に記載の透明 板ガラス。 17.少なくとも1枚のガラスシートを含み、前記ガラスは、3.85mmの 厚さの場合に1.65以上のTLA/TE比であるようなTLAとTEの値を有する 請求の範囲第16項に記載の透明板ガラス。 18.少なくとも1枚のガラスシートを含み、前記ガラスは、3.85mmの 厚さの場合に30%未満の赤外における透過率を有する請求の範囲第15項〜1 7項のいずれか1項に記載の透明板ガラス。 19.少なくとも1枚のガラスシートを含み、前記ガラスは赤外において吸収 バンドを有し、その最大は約1100ナノメートルより大きい波長においてであ る請求の範囲第15項に記載の透明板ガラス。 20.少なくとも1枚のガラスシートを含み、前記ガラスは、D.G.G.法 による測定において、攻撃後の残余が約75ミリグラム未満であるような加水分 解抵抗を有する請求の範囲第15項〜19項のいずれか1項に記載の透明板ガラ ス。
