【考案の詳細な説明】 (イ)産業上の利用分野 本考案は柔軟性シート材表面に太陽電池を張り付けた
太陽電池付きシート、並びにそれを用いたテントに関す
る。

してそれぞれ要求される機能を果している。

好ましく、このような電源の携帯は大きなネックとなっ
ていた。

電電力を取り出すリード線を上記柔軟性シート材に織り
込み、且つ前記フレキシブル太陽電池の表面を含んで前
記柔軟性シート材の表面を覆うように柔軟性の透光性保
護膜を設けると共に、電力取り出し端子を上記柔軟性シ
ート材に設けたことを特徴としている。

力が得られ、その電力はリード線3、電力取り出し端子
4を介してテント9内にまで導かれ、そのテント内で上
記したグランドシートの場合と同様に各種の電気機器の
駆動や蓄電池の充電に用いられる。

太陽電池2はポリイミドなどの柔軟性のある絶縁基板21
表面にアモルファスシリコン薄膜22を被着せしめて構成
されたものであるので、その重量は僅かで、運搬のため
の労力の負担は無視し得る程度のものである。

設けているので、折り畳む際にリード線や電力取り出し
端子がねじれたり、或いは絡み合ったりすることがな
い。このため、リード線や電力取り出し端子に局部的に
過度の応力がかかることがなく、何度も繰り返して折り
畳むことができる。
