The leading end portion 5a of the booklet 5 that is continuously conveyed to the conveying roller 6 moves the side surface portion 22a of the pressing portion 22 while deforming the pressing portion 22. Even after the presser section 22 has passed over the booklet 4, the booklet 5 is retained by the presser section 22.
And moves along the side surface portion 22a (FIG. 4C). When the front end portion 5a of the conveyed booklet 5 has finished moving on the side surface portion 22a of the pressing portion, the front end portion 5a exceeds the bent portion of the booklet 4 or the stitch 4f. The booklet 5 advances so as to be sandwiched between the pressing portion 22 and the booklet 4 (FIG. 5 (D)). Presser part 22
When the return force of is stronger than the waist of the booklet 5, the booklet 5 bends at the bent portion 5f, and the front half portion 5b advances along the surface of the booklet 4b. In this description, the bent portion 5f of the booklet 5 is in the forward direction of the booklet and is not caught, but even in the reverse direction, the bottom portion 22c of the pressing portion 22 has a roundness, and therefore the booklet 5 is similarly pulled. It does not hang (Fig. 5 (E)). The booklet 5 is still fed to the transport roller 6, and the rear end portion 5 of the booklet 5 is
When b passes the feed roller 6, the second half 5d of the booklet 5 falls on the second half 4d of the booklet 4. The second half 5d of the booklet 5
It is pressed by the bottom portion 22c of the holding portion 22 that has returned to the initial position. As described above, the booklets 5 are stacked and stored on the booklet 4 (FIG. 5 (F)). Similarly to the second booklet 5, the third and subsequent booklets are further stacked and stored on the booklets that are stacked and stored in the storage section 12. The position of the roller 6 that guides the booklet to the storage unit 12 is determined according to the material used for the pressing unit 22, the shape, the size, the position of the storage unit 12, and the like.
